This is a beautiful Hotel, the second time that we have stayed here, we chose the same room as we fell in love with it the first time that we stayed here. Stone walls, amazing painted ceiling, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the windows of the mountains and pool. Delicious homemade breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location.

This hotel is a gem with wonderful rooms that have been beautifully restored. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the inclusive breakfast is delicious, varied, home cooked and plentiful. It is really close to all the shops and restaurants in the town.

We spontaneously decided to visit Leonidio for a night and drove the beautiful drive from the Stoupa area to Gythio to Areopoli through the mountains and stunning mountain village Kosma. Hands down thee best hotel we have ever been to! The owner, George, is such a sweet man. He and the rest of the staff make the place feel like home. We were out climbing one morning and we returned to breakfast left in our room. He said "we weren't sure when you'd be back and we thought you'd be hungry" George said. Our stay at the Byzantinon will remain one of our best stays anywhere ever! The landlords are most welcoming and helpful people, always there to tell us where to go and what to visit or to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel rooms were also perfect for our little family.

Great service, the owner was extremely nice and gave great recommendations. Breakfast is very nice. Hotel is 5min walk from very nice restaurant and coffee place, both located on the beach. 10 min drive from Leonidio town.

We came to Leonidio to go climbing, but we really enjoyed the house. It was relatively well positioned for the climbing area's, very comfortable and the pool was great. Maria and Theodorus were extremely hospitable and helpful, doing whatever they could to improve our stay.

The hotel was amazing with a great view of the sea and the Astros Castle. It was very clean and modern. The food was fresh and very tasty. We had a hearty breakfast every morning. I stayed here in March with my family , the service was amazing staff was very friendly and attentive. Agatha made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home, breakfast was fantastic along with the service. My family and I were visiting from Chicago and had an excellent stay. The room was great, excellent breakfast and very nice staff team. One issue which was not just the hotel but a wider known thing is the water gets shut down on occasion in the summer months in the area. In other words, if you plan to shower and think of delaying, take the shower at that time.

We booked on a recommendation and had not read the bad reviews. I am glad we did as our stay was fine. Aircon worked quietly. Staff were friendly although do not speak much English but that was never a problem . Room was clean ( we had a seaview balcony room 203) You need to ask for your room to be serviced but clean towels were provided. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice and lovely to sit out...

Consider the 15 minutes walk from and to the port, especially with luggages. Personnel really friendly even if there was a miss communication with the guy who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the port. No internet in the room but we could use the breakfast area all day to make use of the wifi. Rooms were super clean but really small, especially the bathroom.

Excellent. There is more to accommodation than pretty towels. This hotel has a very clever room design with everything you need placed exactly where they should be. This only comes with great experience. After so many years I realised that they have indeed made accommodation an art. Bravo.

Nice view, I liked the clean 60s architectural style for the building. There was a basic breakfast buffet included, easy access to water. Bit on the edge of town. Rooms could do with more plugs. I felt it was a bit pricy for what I got, but I was there on a busy weekend.

I've visited the hotel many times, nearly every year. The rooms are renovated, but I expected better quality. In addition, not all items have been renovated/changed. It still is though, one of the best choices in Spetses, with great view from the rooms, its private "beach" and excellent service.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Stayed here for 4 nights in June and I cannot recommend this place enough! Firstly, the property is beautiful and very peaceful. Maybe it was end of season malaise but the experience was tainted by the poor disposition of some of the staff. Breakfast service by most of the staff was miserable. Great hotel, disappointing breakfast. The front desk and concierge were fantastic! The bell staff and housekeeping were amazing! However the breakfast was pretty average and staff needs an upgrade.

Everything was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing that needs improvement is the temperature control and lack of enough air conditioning. The thermostat only goes to 18°C and then goes back to 19° by itself. The room never got cool enough. Also, there weren’t really enough towels for 2 people (so we asked for more...

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Despite our room being just above the square, there was no noise from the restaurants after midnight and in the mornings. Room was very clean...

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet. The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors ... with the result that there is not good sound insulation. But you had a great view in the room, TV to stare at I highly recommend it.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was kind of small, but very comfortable and cozy, always clean. It also had a TV. Only the toilet (especially the shower) was very small, but that's no issue. Amazing view from our balcony.

Stelios Hotel Great view over the sea, but also over the major road so it is noisy at the front. There is no breakfast and no reception so visitors have to contact the Alasia travel agency who are lovely people. A convenient location for the sights and for the ferries/hydrofoils.

I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect. Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined. The room was so homey, and we had the most beautiful view every morning. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing food, cooked by Karl himself. Which just made the experience that much better...

All was good but bathroom needed work. There were broken tiles near the tub that was poorly patched and some sections were discolored along the edges.

A great hotel within walking distance from the port, but in a quiet location. Room was spacious and super clean with a great view (2nd floor). Coffee, water, and snacks were provided daily free of charge and toiletries too. Staff were very friendly and helpful to recommend places to visit. Amazing villa Hotel in Spetses with great Breakfast and fantastically kind owners

Villa Martha is one of the most beautiful accommodations you can get in the island. Inside is a small oasis on its own right. Every room is equipped with an AC and TV and they are very clean! Superior suites are very specious and they overlook the gardens. What makes it even more fantastic though are the owners Mr. Dimitris and Mrs. Vasiliki. Very welcoming and ready to accommodate your every need...

Whilst the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, clean and the AC was great, the breakfast was lovely and the owner could not do enough to help us. We were there for my god daughter's wedding and I forgot my tie, so Dimitius lent me one of hs Chinese Silk ties, luck really because not of the beautiful shops sold ties!

Charming pension style hotel, with very nice owners, vintage style rooms. Very clean. It's located close to old port, and bus stop is within few meters. Very nice location. I will definitely come back.

A magnifient old building, close to the center yet far enough to experience the calm of Spetses, the rustling of the leaves, the cicadas singing. A pure gem, made even better by the lovely service of Maria and Spyros. You can't go wrong with Mare Monte, book with confidence and enjoy pure bliss.

A jewel of the island was tinged with attention to the last detail. Ample rooms that relax at first glance clean and trimmed so as not to get tired. Rich A rich breakfast with homemade dishes in a unique wonderful setting in the hotel's garden. We stayed in one 5 star and 2 4 star hotels in Spetses and Porto Heli. While all were excellent, Rozos is run on a very personal, familial oriented basis. The women working there are so corial, welcoming and tremendously cheerfully helpful in the sincerest, caring manner. Outrageously expensive over the Easter weekend - no way is the room, breakfast and overall experience worth 110 euro/night. I understand the laws of supply and demand but one must feel they receive value for the money paid regardless. Staying at this hotel is bright and cheerful experience. Rooms are comfortable & there is everything you need. Staff are friendly, helpful; breakfast is tasty with various offerings for all tastes. Reasonably priced for this standard, & right by the sea; just cross the road. Parking too, & a short stroll takes you into the busy centre of town. I shall return!

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki Beach! Breakfast had many delicious options, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The location is perfect as we visited both Hydra and Spetses, not to mention Porto Heli!

Excellent location, excellent service, the view is amazing from the balcony. The room is spacious with a large balcony, we can enjoy the sea view and the sunset even from the bathtub!
