room was standard, hotel is getting ready for a renovation. Staff at breakfast is always so sweet and accommodating

All was good but bathroom needed work. There were broken tiles near the tub that was poorly patched and some sections were discolored along the edges.

The only issue was I asked if we could get a room on the first floor and they couldn't accommodate it really tough with the use of a walker

The breakfast was outstanding!
The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out.
Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

While we were assigned a handicap room, my father slipped in the tub and fortunately did not have major issues, but there were no rubber mats or grip strips in tub. We got lucky he did not bang his head on anything.

Well, I didn’t like as my room had a fold out couch. What gave you hardly any room once it was folded out to get to the bathroom terrible design

The entire stay was wonderful; the only thing that was interesting (and it's probably not enough to knock a star off), but the windows in our hotel room were covered by curtains that were mostly sheer, and while it had thicker curtains, they were only hung on the edges, and only seemed to be for show. If privacy is a problem, the second floor rooms might be better for this.
