Excellent. There is more to accommodation than pretty towels. This hotel has a very clever room design with everything you need placed exactly where they should be. This only comes with great experience. After so many years I realised that they have indeed made accommodation an art. Bravo.

Had the best time here for a week - cannot recommend it enough.

Nice view, I liked the clean 60s architectural style for the building. There was a basic breakfast buffet included, easy access to water. Bit on the edge of town. Rooms could do with more plugs. I felt it was a bit pricy for what I got, but I was there on a busy weekend.

I've visited the hotel many times, nearly every year. The rooms are renovated, but I expected better quality. In addition, not all items have been renovated/changed.
It still is though, one of the best choices in Spetses, with great view from the rooms, its private "beach" and excellent service.

As soon as we stepped into the lobby with the sea breeze welcoming us, we knew we had made the right choice of hotels. The view was just stunning. The courteous and helpful front desk staff quickly checked us in and directed us to our 4th floor seafront room with a breathtaking view of the sea. They accommodated our late checkout request so we could enjoy the island for most of the last day of our stay before our 5:00 ferry. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, the following situation is what makes this hotel so special and will keep us coming back again & again: After checking out, we strapped our bags to the back of our bike rentals & off we went for a quick ride and then on to return the bikes. We quickly realized that 2 bags from one of the bikes had fallen off somewhere along the way. After retracing our route with no luck finding the bags, my husband went back to the hotel in the off chance that someone there might have the bags. The young man at the front desk instisted on taking my husband to the police station where the bags sat! He could have just pointed him in the direction of the policer station, but thought it would be more helpful to find if he led the way and served as an interpreter if necessary. What could have been a disaster (did I mention that our passports were in one of the bags??) turned into 2 very fortunate, relieved & appreciative travellers!

Great spot and hotel. A bit of a walk from town but not far. Little shops and restaurants right there. Close to Kaiki Beach. Terrific views. The beach setting is perfect. Friendly staff
