It's a beautiful setting, I had dinner included and it was delicious. The hotel staff are very polite. It's surrounded by nature and citrus groves. İ want say thank you to Mr. Panagiotis for all kind works.

I don't recommend using the sofa bed; it makes a clicking sound. Everything else is fine.

Great place if you want to unwind from a day out in Sparta. Great location and just a couple minutes drive Mystras where there’s some wonderful restaurants. The room has some great amenities and is very modern. Enjoyed are stay there.

Very large, beautiful room in a five-star resort with a gorgeous pool and a lovely location with a view of Mystras. Fun fact about the hotel’s name: Kyniska was a Spartan princess from the 5th century BC and the first woman to win at the Olympic Games.

Oh wow! This guest house is beautiful, situated in an amazing location. Wish we had stayed longer than two nights to appreciate all the area has to offer. The rooms are quirky and inviting. The food, hospitality, welcome were all fantastic.

This is a very charming boutique hotel with a nice pool and lovely views. The breakfast was outstanding! The best food of our trip to the Peloponnese. The bread is home baked and it was clearly a farm to table experience. It’s within walking distance to local tavernas.

Stayed 1 night. Room was a bit dingy and smelled musty. There was a fridge in the room, but it was not working and smelled terrible. Bed was clean and comfy enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with limited parking. I put my motorbike by the front door which they seemed to be ok with, room is a bit small but it was perfect & the local area had clothes shops and great food so I walked around there for the evening and felt very safe. Bikers just be careful the roads are so smooth it’s like ice on the corners, I had my back wheel slide out twice at about 5mph 😬

Comfortable hotel. Small rooms but comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. The real highlight is the balconies, particularly if you can get one facing the mountains. A memorable way to watch a sunset with a glass of local wine in your hand.

One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. And the coffee tasted great. Need to drive a few minutes to get to the ocean…….And the beaches are everywhere. Loved the place.

Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. Our daughter had the time of her life thanks to the fantastic animation team. Gaia truly made our daughter’s holiday special. This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

This is a lovely hotel on the edge of Kalamata. Refurbishment has been done very well and staff went out of their way to help. Pool and gardens are lovely as photos suggest. Some great restaurants in the town which is easy to reach.

I brought my group here and they were all doubles but for some strange reason the hotel Which is the best together and makes them up as singles. After explaining that the customers were all double rooms they fixed it up for us however the following day they made them up a single as again which is really weird especially as I was a single I got a full double bed.

We like most of everything about this hotel except for the shower water. The pressure of the water in the shower was very weak and the temperature of the water was not consistent. It went cold then hot constantly during our shower times.

Excellent customer service I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.

Our room had two balconies, each with a different view and both views were stunning.

Excellent place for families. My kids enjoyed the amenities including the large beautiful pool. We wish the pool was open early and not at 11 am. The food at the hotel restaurant was just ok so we ended up dinning out a good number of nights.

room was very clean and they could upgrade the mattresses. The breakfast wasn’t as good as I remember it. I stayed a few years back and the quality has gone down, but otherwise I enjoyed it.

We loved our stay at Horizon Blu! The view from our room was to die for and the breakfast buffet was wonderful every morning. The beach was a very short walk and had comfortable loungers with cute umbrellas. All of the wait staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. With very few changes corrections the rating could be easily Excellent 5stars. The reception was closing at 21:00 and after that the lift was shut down therefore difficult access for disabled. Second time to Greece, first time with a child. This hotel has gone above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Kalamata area. It's not to far from the main city and real close to some amazing beaches.

Rooms and premises are ok if you're not too picky or too "vanilla". The location is great since it's just 6 meters from the beach and away from bars (so it's quiet enough). It could be cleaner but that does not include the bathroom and bed which (which are very clean). Overall, a nice experience

Nice hotel on top of the hill. The personnel is very friendly and the rooms are excellent. We had a large room with a terrace including nice relaxing chairs. Ideal for the view and a nice walk into town. I would recommend this hotel as the best in town.

Oh this place is just wonderful! It is walking distance to restaurants and other food places. Wonderful beachfront hotel! Large clean rooms and a great breakfast available! The rooftop restaurant bar is with a stunning view of the Messinisn bay and Kalamata wondernful beach. The food and drinks are of excellent quality food. One of my first picks when in Kalamata.

The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Great central location, staff were lovely, good value for money

The building is old. Love the architecture. Our room was spacious and clean. They provide a magnet that you attach in the room to run lights and air. Bed was low to the ground and really firm. Every time I moved it squeaked. Shower was decent. You have to step up into shower so if you are short you need stuff to grab onto. Air ran on low so really never cooled down to a comfortable temp. It felt nice...

A comfortable stay right in the centre of Kalamata.

Room was nice but the toilet/ shower room was tiny.
