Where to stay with kids in Lindos

We stayed at Lindos Royal as a family of 13, 3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years old, staying in 4 apartments. The hotel was superb, rooms kept very clean and tidy as well as the whole complex

Lots of different pools and areas to sit and bars for snacks and drinks

Was also great to have snacks round the pool. The resort was very clean, our room was serviced daily. The only negative I would say about the room was our shower screen leaking

It was my first experience of booking all inclusive and this type of holiday in 50 years, and I wasn't sure it would be for me, but I have to say that it was fantastic, food was plentiful, a huge range and great quality throughout

We were still able to enjoy the pool and good food! I want to say a big THANK YOJ to Tommy. The reviews for the resort were mixed after visiting and with the assistance of Tommy I give it 5 stars

The drinks are ok and available as you want them. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The temperature was a perfect 25 deg C daytime, and 18 deg evenings

We were a large group of adults and children staying at the hotel and unfortunately some of the other guests weren’t happy with the noise of our happy laughs and having fun and complained which did put pressure on the hotel management

I would come back to the hotel as a small family as overall we really enjoyed the hotel, the food, and all it has to offer

As a whole the hotel is great for families and kids, but it is not tailored for large wedding parties and if I had known this I would have chosen elsewhere as it did leave our wedding guests feelings unsettled including myself

It was me as the bride who kept getting the noise complaints raised to when really I’m not responsible of anyone else. So that did leave me feeling stressed which I didn’t need the night before my wedding

We may have been a loud crowd but we respected everyone at the hotel and were always kind, it’s a pity we can’t say we received the same back from all staff and other guests

Eugenia (Wedding Support Staff) was extremely helpful the days running up to our wedding and I am very grateful for her patience and support

Pleasent hotel, with comfy rooms, fine food and nice water slides and pools. Starting with basics - room was specious enough, comfortable, with large bed. Bathroom may use some refreshment, but nothing to complain about

Delicious pitas served between meels. Very good, polite and smiling service at bars. Great kudos to animation team! In many other hotels animations are cringe, but here we really enjoyed the shows and games

Reaching the beach requires few minutes walk and nearest beach is rather dirty, so we prefered to stay by the pools

Food - all inclusive standard. Not very diverse, especially on breakfasts, but lunches and evening meals were good - nice choice of meets, sometimes also fish and seafood, decent deserts

I have stayed over the weekend, with my husband. It was an amazing experience as the room was superb, clean and very comfortable with our private pool. The restaurant was also amazing and specially the staff

The kids’ animations were run with great passion – thank you, Ms. Ania! We highly recommend this place!

The reservation staff also so helpful. The room was so clean and very spacious. We had our own private pool which was definitely paying the extra for. So much choice and was delicious

The slides were also good, the only downside I found, was where you land in the water, the depth is a bit too small for an adult. The bars served local drinks, which were fine

We recently came back from a nice week spent at Lindos Imperial. The location is remote, but local buses can be used (bus stops just outside of the hotel). Not too many choices, but it was very well cooked all the time

There are options for few ‘a la carte’ restaurants. These can be booked directly at the reception, or via the app. During our stay, the app was daily updated with availabilities at 11:00

Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros each way

The staff are what make this hotel great - the hotel itself is clean and modern and very close to the beach, and had a lovely quiet and serene pool area, but the main quality are the staff who were all extremely polite & professional, but also friendly and personable - they make the hotel somewhere that you want to return to

The best parts of this hotel is the great selection of breakfast, infinity pool with a gorgeous view and the comfy sun loungers and beds in the rooms

Pool area very clean although unfortunately you have people at 7am laying out towels to reserve beds! Breakfast was lovely and on the first night we had a great meal in the Italian restaurant

Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine, fruits and candy. The pebble beach is an easy access and sectioned off for the resort; loungers were always available. The pool area is gorgeous but does fill up quickly

It is an eco friendly resort so the AC default setting when you leave the room is 25 degrees and the lowest you can program is 20 degrees…making the room quite warm when it’s 33 degrees outside

Food was also very nice, the pool bar offerings were delicious and amazing value, we ate here almost every day! Only issue food wise was the scrambled eggs as they were very runny! Other than that, an amazing stay thank you!

Hotel facilities are good, the main pool, resteraunts and newer parts of the hotel are exceptional. However the entrance to the hotel is underwhelming and slightly tired

Lindos Mare Hotel is a gorgeous, tranquil retreat just a 10-minute drive from Lindos Old Town and the stunning St. The location couldn’t be better—close enough to explore, yet peaceful enough to unwind

Lindos town is only 25 min walk from the hotel, so we used to go there after dinner and had a drink in this beautiful Greek town. Worth visiting, as well as the acropolis on the top with amazing views

It did at times feel like they were closing up shop behind us, all cushions cleaned and pit away and most of the restaurants closed

The pools needs to be cleaned/maintained, they looked a bit dirty… The sunbeds by the pool are worn, and not very comfy, the ones on the beach were great! All in all, we had a very relaxing break recharging our batteries as the hotel was very quiet

Sunbeds are the best! Sea is warm, surroundings stunning, location perfect as it’s only 5mins drive from the pretty town of Lindos

Wonderful service from all the staff, one of our group is gluten intolerant and the restaurant and bar staff went out of their way to ensure she was looked after, most of the meal choices she could have but they would even cook specific meals as requested

Just back from another great holiday at the Aquagrande, a little piece of paradise as far as we are concerned. This was our fifth visit to the hotel and we will be returning

The staff were always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Everything we ate and drank was great — the burgers, in particular, were delicious and very filling

Lunch was over at the pool bar with a choice of BBQ meats, salads, and additional dishes every day and always hot, crunchy chips at every meal. Dolmades, savoury pastry and pizza were particular favourites

Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable with highly effective air conditioning which was a life saver in the July heat. Our ground floor patio looked out over the pool to the sea beyond

I was really worried before we got there as some of the reviews were negative, but the food was excellent! There was always fresh fruit and salads available and the menu changed on a daily basis

The beer was cold, the slushy excellent and we loved the selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets whenever we asked for them

Breakfast and dinner were served in the ground floor restaurant which served a great selection of hot and cold dishes

I stayed on a B&B board basis and the breakfast offer was excellent, there’s something for everyone. If you like me you enjoy swimming, the pool is a good size with lots of loungers around it

Fabulous meals at Pool Bar woth enormous portions! We had read reviews of long waits for drinks at breakfast. We were always served swiftly with refills if we wanted

Breakfast is to be praised for choice and quality. All the staff in every area of the hotel were cheery and helpful. Bar area is lovely as is the Pool bar

We were in Room 624 which was a cave like room with beautiful domed ceiling with sparkly lights. We had a jacuzzi bath but only used the shower. Very private balcony and in room plenty of storage and a sofa

A very relaxing environment and easy access to Lindos town. It took us 20 mins to walk but very hot or the bus outside was 5 mins and €2. Nice walk down to Naverone beach from hotel

There were some high winds for a day during our stay which brought down part of our balcony cover. This was replaced new before we returned to our room later in the afternoon

A beautiful small hotel away from the crowds of Lindos but within walking distance of the town and very close to the bus station. The pool and garden were beautifully kept and with plenty of sunbeds

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Pool could have been warmer! Everything was really clean and anything you need us provided. Didn’t use the spa facilities but they looked good

Breakfast is good with fresh produce and the same for lunch. The two rooms I had booked for myself and family were spacious and clean

The grounds are immaculate, the pool is large with plenty of comfortable Bali beds, and the non-heated outdoor jacuzzi is a lovely touch

The only one thing I will say for small improvement is that the bathroom floor is quite slippery when wet and the shower screen could be larger to prevent water spilling out onto the remaining area of the bathroom floor , other than that I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday in a perfect location and lovely staff

About 20 mins walk into Lindos village and beach - easy downhill on the way there, uphill on the way back but taxis easy to get for about €5. Supermarket 5mins from hotel. Lots of lovely rooftop tavernas in Lindos

The first impression felt like stepping into a palace — an amazing scene as you walk down the stairs and see the pool with the endless blue of the sky and sea in the background

My husband and I stayed at Lindian Dream Seaside Resort for our Anniversary, it was perfect from start to finish. The reception team was warm and welcoming, we felt looked after the moment we arrived

Words cant describe how magical this place is, top notch food from breakfast to dinner to fine dining everything we ate was delicious, rooms cleaned daily, breathtaking views from our room, we havent seen so crystal clear waters before and this blue you cant have enough of it (see photos)

Fresh omelette every day. Staff can’t do enough for you. Room with pool was amazing. Beach is so lovely and peaceful but get some beach shoes to make entering sea easier.

If I was being super picky, the pool could be warmed slightly above freezing as we love a good dip

The staff, food and aesthetic made lindos aqua terra perfect, you feel so relaxed and there’s nothing better than lying on the sun beds having drinks brought to you then enjoying yummy food in the restaurant at good prices

The Hotel was excellent. The Customer service was exceptional. I want to especially give a shout out to Anastasia who went over and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a reasonable stay at this hotel and redeeming quality are the lovely staff Personally I wouldn’t stay here again as this is definitely not a 5 star hotel The rooms are very tired but kept very clean by the girls who do the best with what they have to work with The toilet had stains in the bowl, the tap on the sink had lost its sparkle and the hairdryer didn’t work for 5 days out of 7, and...

We had an amazing time at this hotel, great view over the pool and sea, comfy bed and very good shower and air con, room needs a kettle as coffee machine didn’t really work but I could have asked for one I found out, breakfast was amazing, best I’ve ever seen, if you can’t find anything to eat there’s something wrong and the food on offer was good quality

The pool was lovely and there was never a problem getting a sun bed, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, all in all a very good hotel

The hotel is at the top of a hill and your up and down steps to the pool, and other areas so if you have mobility issues it might not be for you

I spent a week at Lindos Village Hotel and I had the best experience!! Staff very friendly and work very hard the make you feel like home . Breakfast was delicious with the best coffees I had ever have .

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the minute we landed, The staff have been nothing but helpful, we had a room upgraded from a jacuzzi to a pool, The Bar staff are absolutely great, always talking and being so friendly especially the man that works at the main pool bar at night, always remembers your orders and talking away, the place is so clean...

The main thing I wasn’t happy about at this hotel is that the gates to the pool and sun beds was locked till 10 o clock, we are early risers and often find that the weather is often sunnier early morning

The pool water was very cold so be warned! Was okay once you took the plunge. Drinks were plentiful when it came to measures

Room was lovely and clean with a lovely view and private pool but the sun was only on this pool for about 2 hours in the morning meaning we didn’t spend much time on the balcony, whole idea of a private pool is to spend time in it which we didn’t

Adult pool was ok but the sun went behind the hotel about 3 in the afternoon so we didn’t get a s much sun as we would have hoped

The hotel is a bit remote but great for a relaxing break, and always the option of getting a taxi or bus if you want to go into lindos or lardos which is a lovely quaint village with a few shops and bars

Restaurants and bars were top notch with amazing views. And most importantly all the staff was warmer than the October sun. !!! With big smiles, they were ready to assist you all the way they can

Respecting your choices, there is always a positive response for your needs. Rooms are so comfy and all the details were carefully arranged. Sun beds were most comfortable and sea was calm and clear

I’ve just returned from a week in this wonderful hotel with my husband and my brother. From lovely Georgia on reception to Cristina and her breakfast staff to the wonderful girls who looked after our rooms

Lovely views of Lindos bay. Hotel is totally different, furnished to reflect Lindian history. All kept beautifully clean. Staff are friendly and really helpful.

Also the Acropolis was a 4 min walk from the hotel which is a definite must see for those able to navigate a rocky path and hills! The staff at Melenos were always available and ever so kind, and the breakfast was really good too, you definitely wouldn’t go hungry and it’s a perfect picturesque way to start your day

We stayed at the Melonos Hotel for our honeymoon, we wanted somewhere special and unique and that’s exactly what we got staying here! The rooms are so beautifully decorated with little unique pieces of decor in each room which made it so special

There are multiple beaches nearby which are no more than a 5 min walk to the nearest one. The hotel gave some brilliant recommendations on places to eat and all of them were fabulous in food and atmosphere

Previous to this we have been to the Lindos area 4x and stayed in various hotels - none of which have been walking distance into Lindos itself and have primarily been 4/5* with all inclusive (Grand resort and Spa, Lindos Royal, Costa Lindia) After staying at the Lambis this time, we were so impressed at the location and the facilities around the pool area that we have booked it again for our annual...

The pool is clean and a decent size and the sun loungers are comfy. We never struggled once to get a sun lounger - you can get up at your leisure and generally take your pick of where to base around the pool

The selection of cold drinks was amazing - fanta pineapple around the pool was so refreshing (never seen this before until this trip)

Lovely pool area and fabulous value for money!

The bar staff were also amazing - they will put sport on for you if you ask (they played super league for my Dad which I thought was amazing as not many hotels do this anymore)

We loved the walk into town or to the beach, it’s no hardship at all and we’re so grateful to have the peace of Lindian Myth’s location as well as the great pool and bar next door

The room could do with a welcome pack for late check-ins with e. the WiFi password and pool information. The drain in the bathroom also flooded slightly

Our Stay at The Lindian Myth Sea View Apartments set on the peaceful hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Acropolis of Lindos captured everything you could imagine of a true Greek experience

We liked it so much we cooked at the apartment and ate on the terrace a few times; shopping at Sklavenitis (we walked by fabulous trails in 2 directions then got the bus back with the shopping)

They gave us a few staples like bread, milk, pastries, jam, butter, juice and when he checked out he even gave us baklava! Do not hesitate to stay here

The stunning rooms, views, hospitality, Greek ambiance and closeness to the pretty village of Lindos make it the most amazing place to stay !
