Where to stay with kids in Lindos

We stayed at Lindos Royal as a family of 13, 3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years old, staying in 4 apartments. The hotel was superb, rooms kept very clean and tidy as well as the whole complex

Lots of different pools and areas to sit and bars for snacks and drinks

Was also great to have snacks round the pool. The resort was very clean, our room was serviced daily. The only negative I would say about the room was our shower screen leaking

It was my first experience of booking all inclusive and this type of holiday in 50 years, and I wasn't sure it would be for me, but I have to say that it was fantastic, food was plentiful, a huge range and great quality throughout

We were still able to enjoy the pool and good food! I want to say a big THANK YOJ to Tommy. The reviews for the resort were mixed after visiting and with the assistance of Tommy I give it 5 stars

The drinks are ok and available as you want them. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The temperature was a perfect 25 deg C daytime, and 18 deg evenings

We were a large group of adults and children staying at the hotel and unfortunately some of the other guests weren’t happy with the noise of our happy laughs and having fun and complained which did put pressure on the hotel management

I would come back to the hotel as a small family as overall we really enjoyed the hotel, the food, and all it has to offer

As a whole the hotel is great for families and kids, but it is not tailored for large wedding parties and if I had known this I would have chosen elsewhere as it did leave our wedding guests feelings unsettled including myself

It was me as the bride who kept getting the noise complaints raised to when really I’m not responsible of anyone else. So that did leave me feeling stressed which I didn’t need the night before my wedding

We may have been a loud crowd but we respected everyone at the hotel and were always kind, it’s a pity we can’t say we received the same back from all staff and other guests

Eugenia (Wedding Support Staff) was extremely helpful the days running up to our wedding and I am very grateful for her patience and support

But my recent Thai massage at Evridiki Spa in the Lindia Costa Hotel, Lardos, was simply the best I have ever had! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully scented, and perfectly prepared for relaxation

Amazing spa with extraordinary jacuzzi and all the girls were wonderful. Angelina and Lek did an amazing massage and facial for me and my boyfriend. Highly recommend for your memorable vacation!

Lovely hotel and staff were so kind and attentive. Nice little town outside the hotel as well. Tommy and his Entertainment staff were brilliant as was Maria and her catering staff

Pleasent hotel, with comfy rooms, fine food and nice water slides and pools. Starting with basics - room was specious enough, comfortable, with large bed. Bathroom may use some refreshment, but nothing to complain about

Food - all inclusive standard. Not very diverse, especially on breakfasts, but lunches and evening meals were good - nice choice of meets, sometimes also fish and seafood, decent deserts

Delicious pitas served between meels. Very good, polite and smiling service at bars. Great kudos to animation team! In many other hotels animations are cringe, but here we really enjoyed the shows and games

Reaching the beach requires few minutes walk and nearest beach is rather dirty, so we prefered to stay by the pools

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, plenty of tasty food available at all times of the day and the all-inclusive lager, wine, vodka and hot drinks are palatable - I got a few bottles of Pepsi Max from the onsite shop as the soft drinks were not great

Just got home from 5 days in olive garden. Couldn’t recommend enough! Absolutely fantastic. Room brillant, food great, Staff are brilliant the way they go above & beyond for each person

The reservation staff also so helpful. The room was so clean and very spacious. We had our own private pool which was definitely paying the extra for. So much choice and was delicious

The slides were also good, the only downside I found, was where you land in the water, the depth is a bit too small for an adult. The bars served local drinks, which were fine

We recently came back from a nice week spent at Lindos Imperial. The location is remote, but local buses can be used (bus stops just outside of the hotel). Not too many choices, but it was very well cooked all the time

There are options for few ‘a la carte’ restaurants. These can be booked directly at the reception, or via the app. During our stay, the app was daily updated with availabilities at 11:00

The staff every night were very kind and caring and made you feel welcome. The Bus Boys are an absolute credit, and Joey at the pool bar WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON!! he made us laugh and was brilliant with the children

Overall have returned from a lovely week away with my family. 2 children aged 11 & 7 had a great time however hotel is not 5 star and you will be charged tax for it to be a 5 star on arrival

We upgraded to a room with a pool, this was very lovely, and to make it even sweeter the hotel staff made a towel swan on our bed and covered it with rose petals (my partner asked if they could do something special) we also had a bottle of sparkly waiting for us ＜3

We encountered a few issues with ants and our cleaning lady was so lovely she sprayed to room in every nook and cranny when she came :) and she interacted with us and the children wonderfully, we were in room 4112

We travelled into Prasanisi and Lindos both quite close to the resort. It was lovely to visit St Paul’s bay and the chapel where we were married 15 years ago, was lovely to bring our children to see

The whole resort is really big a there is a plenty of activities you can do. And mainly you will find there the best animation crew. They will take care of you and you will feel like at home

Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine, fruits and candy. The pebble beach is an easy access and sectioned off for the resort; loungers were always available. The pool area is gorgeous but does fill up quickly

Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros each way

Pool area very clean although unfortunately you have people at 7am laying out towels to reserve beds! Breakfast was lovely and on the first night we had a great meal in the Italian restaurant

Nice beach next to the resort. Very nice and comfortable room.

The property is quite large and have many blocks to the resort We booked a deluxe sea view room and when we arrived they placed us in the 2200 block at the end and our room was not sea view and facing the white cement block to the road

Areas for improvement, the beach area was not tended and rubbish was left on the beds, to be fair the hotel did send staff down when pointed out to tidy the area, but 2 days later it had not been cleaned again

Cannot fault any part of our stay a truly exceptional hotel fantastic location and service. So good we’ve booked next years already.

There are always plenty of loungers available, so there’s no need to worry about getting up early to reserve a spot. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend the Lindos Mare Seaside Hotel

The pools needs to be cleaned/maintained, they looked a bit dirty… The sunbeds by the pool are worn, and not very comfy, the ones on the beach were great! All in all, we had a very relaxing break recharging our batteries as the hotel was very quiet

Sunbeds are the best! Sea is warm, surroundings stunning, location perfect as it’s only 5mins drive from the pretty town of Lindos

This time the visit was with our American friends and we were concerned that we might have 'over sold' the hotel and Lindos itself, not a bit of it, they loved the hotel, the service, the ambience, the general beauty of the place, and they have also fallen in love with old town Lindos

Restaurants and bars were top notch with amazing views. And most importantly all the staff was warmer than the October sun. !!! With big smiles, they were ready to assist you all the way they can

The hotel was clean and amenities were what we expected. Location was close to the main area of Lindos for dinner and shopping, and the kids loved the pool. Food was good and breakfast had a wide variety of options

Perfect location to view the sea, although from our balcony we could only slightly see a glimpse, easy to walk down to main square although in high season it’s just hot! and breakfast is incredible

I stayed on a B&B board basis and the breakfast offer was excellent, there’s something for everyone. If you like me you enjoy swimming, the pool is a good size with lots of loungers around it

The staff are all so courteous and friendly, especially Nadia, Katarina, Marina and the girls from the Elia pool bar/restaurant. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from the photos

We were in Room 624 which was a cave like room with beautiful domed ceiling with sparkly lights. We had a jacuzzi bath but only used the shower. Very private balcony and in room plenty of storage and a sofa

If you are looking for a intimate, characterful hotel, providing excellent service by very pleasant staff with typically Greek style rooms and superb meals, this little gem of a hotel is a must for you

• Pricing at lunch/dinner is high – e. €7 for tzatziki without bread, €6 for a Diet Coke – which feels steep even for a five-star. • Only two small bottles of water per day are provided free of charge

Maybe ok if you speak Greek , French or German as spoiled for choice of satellite Chanels but just one English and that was the news

A beautiful small hotel away from the crowds of Lindos but within walking distance of the town and very close to the bus station. The pool and garden were beautifully kept and with plenty of sunbeds

Breakfast is good with fresh produce and the same for lunch. The two rooms I had booked for myself and family were spacious and clean

The grounds are immaculate, the pool is large with plenty of comfortable Bali beds, and the non-heated outdoor jacuzzi is a lovely touch

A beautiful small hotel right on a quiet beach near Lindos. The only minor downside was the sound of some extraction fans from our balcony, but otherwise a wonderful experience

I honestly don’t know where to start. The Aqua Terra, went above and beyond in every single way. From the booking, to arrival, to the stay and to the check out. There wasn’t a thing un touched

Casita Casita is the perfect place to unwind. We relaxed by the pool and with the beach towels they provided, we wandered down to Lindos Beach for peaceful morning and evening swims

Perfect distance to beaches, old town and Acropolis. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Breakfast nice (no meat, cheese or buffet). Pool nice but a little bit to small for swimming

This is in a great location between the beach and the town. The hotel itself is beautiful and very calming. there is an open space at the front to have breakfast under the olive trees. Its a great way to start your day

We had a great time in Casita Casita, the room was gorgeous and the staff really welcoming and helpful. The hotel is 5min walk to Lindos beach and to the main village. Loved it!

Huge towels are provided for the pool and you are also welcome to take them to the beach. The views from the balcony look out to sea and across the pool and it's a great place to sit and watch the sun rise

Stayed here recently for a wedding in Lindos. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful making the experience wonderful for us! Rooms are spacious and clean, with staff ready to help whenever you need

The staff is always smiling and polite. The food in the restaurant is fresher and better prepared than the much-vaunted restaurants around. There is ample parking available

Rooms are bright and airy, with huge comfy beds and the most effective air con ever! Well equipped if you wish to cook for yourselves too (not us but there if needed)

Family run hotel of small size, it doesn’t feel crowded ever. Restaurant is good, the last two chefs were really super competent and everyone is always trying to be so accommodating

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff! The view from our balcony was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and the dinner at Azzurro was also very good! The beach is not too crowded (12€ per day for 2 benches+umbrella) and the water is clear

The staff had so friendly approach and they help us with everything we want. 🏝The top was the restaurant and amazing view of the sea - the food there was so delicious and we went there every evening with a nice sunset

Very nice hotel. Not too big and in a quiet area. Rooms are cosy and cleaned up well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good Restaurants nearby. I would recommend a rental car if you want to explore the island!

The staff, food and view from the infinity pool need singling out for some top praise! The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, the food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional and the view from the infinity pool was breath taking! The small sacrifice is it is a bit of a walk up the hill to some rooms but they have elevators

Had an excellent stay here during July/August, when we got here a helpful member of staff took our cases up to our room without us asking, pool area is very nice and up to date with good sunbeds and kept clean

We had an amazing time at this hotel, great view over the pool and sea, comfy bed and very good shower and air con, room needs a kettle as coffee machine didn’t really work but I could have asked for one I found out, breakfast was amazing, best I’ve ever seen, if you can’t find anything to eat there’s something wrong and the food on offer was good quality

The hotel is at the top of a hill and your up and down steps to the pool, and other areas so if you have mobility issues it might not be for you

The pool was lovely and there was never a problem getting a sun bed, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, all in all a very good hotel

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the minute we landed, The staff have been nothing but helpful, we had a room upgraded from a jacuzzi to a pool, The Bar staff are absolutely great, always talking and being so friendly especially the man that works at the main pool bar at night, always remembers your orders and talking away, the place is so clean...

The main thing I wasn’t happy about at this hotel is that the gates to the pool and sun beds was locked till 10 o clock, we are early risers and often find that the weather is often sunnier early morning

The pool water was very cold so be warned! Was okay once you took the plunge. Drinks were plentiful when it came to measures

Room was lovely and clean with a lovely view and private pool but the sun was only on this pool for about 2 hours in the morning meaning we didn’t spend much time on the balcony, whole idea of a private pool is to spend time in it which we didn’t

Adult pool was ok but the sun went behind the hotel about 3 in the afternoon so we didn’t get a s much sun as we would have hoped

The hotel is a bit remote but great for a relaxing break, and always the option of getting a taxi or bus if you want to go into lindos or lardos which is a lovely quaint village with a few shops and bars

Previous to this we have been to the Lindos area 4x and stayed in various hotels - none of which have been walking distance into Lindos itself and have primarily been 4/5* with all inclusive (Grand resort and Spa, Lindos Royal, Costa Lindia) After staying at the Lambis this time, we were so impressed at the location and the facilities around the pool area that we have booked it again for our annual...

The pool is clean and a decent size and the sun loungers are comfy. We never struggled once to get a sun lounger - you can get up at your leisure and generally take your pick of where to base around the pool

The bar staff were also amazing - they will put sport on for you if you ask (they played super league for my Dad which I thought was amazing as not many hotels do this anymore)

We were made to feel very welcome by Yannis and his family, who cleaned our apartment daily. The location is perfect, but took some finding on arrival - we plan to be back!

Our apartment (2) was furnished basically as you’d expect for such an apartment in Greece, but was done so in a pretty Greek style, extremely comfortable, and the AC and WI-FI were included in the price (which in my experience is not always the case)

It is very good place to stay for short vacation,traditional room decor. But most of all the view is very fantastic cleaned very well ,air-conditioned was good. all you need for cooking are provided

Short walk to town centre and beach, but it is basic Lindos and a traditional building so not very big. great air conditioner and decent shower, double Lindian bed, recommended

There are a number of apartments that surround a pretty cobbled courtyard, with access to a shared terrace, with spectacular views across The bay at Lindos beach

We booked a room and we didn't know that the pool was not available, which was a huge disappointment for my daughter. The manager was really helpful and canceled our reservation free of charge

Great host, very accommodating, perfect mix of quiet and away from the hussle bustle but close enough to town for an evening out.
