As a German, I do not vacation. I execute structured decompression rituals in foreign climates. And so, with sunscreen in one hand and Goethe in the other, I arrived at Lindian Dream, hoping for sun, sea, and perhaps a small existential breakthrough. What I found instead was... culinary transcendence. Yes, the view is magnificent — the kind that makes you question whether your taxes back home are truly worth the grey skies. Yes, the sea hums like a minimalist symphony, and yes, the rooms have the kind of brutalist chic that makes Bauhaus blush. But let’s speak of the real reason I nearly cancelled my return flight: the food. The kitchen at Lindian Dream is not merely a kitchen. It is a temple. And presiding over this temple is the chef — a man whose moustache alone suggests deep knowledge of both spices and Nietzsche. His name? I never caught it. His legacy? Undeniable. Each meal arrives like a diplomatic gift. The grilled octopus — tender enough to bring a bureaucrat to tears. The lamb? So well-seasoned I suspect ancient trade routes were reactivated for my plate. Even the tzatziki felt strangely philosophical, as if it had contemplated the meaning of being yogurt and evolved beyond it. And the chef! He doesn’t just cook — he performs. One moment he’s flambéing figs while explaining the proper way to insult someone in ancient Dorian dialect, the next he’s offering me a spoon of something untranslatable with the words: “Just trust me.” I did. And I will again. Add to this the glorious staff (whose smiles are not trained, but born), the room where the sunlight performs private concerts, and the fact that my soul feels subtly reorganized — and you understand why I now refer to Lindian Dream not as a hotel, but as a necessary detour in one’s personal evolution

Words cant describe how magical this place is, top notch food from breakfast to dinner to fine dining everything we ate was delicious, rooms cleaned daily, breathtaking views from our room, we havent seen so crystal clear waters before and this blue you cant have enough of it (see photos). however what makes this place truly remarkable is the staff, every person we spoke was friendly and ready to assist with their heart. We cant wait to come back!

The first impression felt like stepping into a palace — an amazing scene as you walk down the stairs and see the pool with the endless blue of the sky and sea in the background. Simply magical.We had a flawless 4-night stay, and we owe it mainly to the people who served us with a smile.We also had the chance to try the degustation menu at the restaurant, which was fantastic!Great job everyone. My husband and I stayed at Lindian Dream Seaside Resort for our Anniversary, it was perfect from start to finish. The reception team was warm and welcoming, we felt looked after the moment we arrived. Everyone we met, from the restaurant to housekeeping, was kind, helpful and always smiling. You could really tell they care about making our stay special. The whole resort was spotless and the views Absolutely stunning, waking up to the sea view each morning was just magical. We also have the chance to try their special dinner Degu, it was such a treat, every dish was delicious and beautifully done, definitely the highlight of our stay. Huge thank to the whole team, we can't wait to come back

The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely divine. I was in Rhodes for a wedding and decided to stay somewhere a little quieter for rest in between the celebrations. The place was not only beautiful with breathtaking views, it was also spotless. The staff Maria and Constantine were amazing, so kind, polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to support meeting my needs and want for the trips and even facilitated me staying for a late check out last minute. The food from the pool bar was lovely and big portions sized, you could see the staff worked hard there and maintained their professionalism, despite carrying food back and forth in the 40 degree heat. The private beach was gorgeous also, lots of little fish. The location was great, being just 7 minutes or so from Rhodes town. The receptionist were always so helpful, getting me taxis etc, even taking pictures at my request as a solo traveler. The breakfast buffet was delightful, with so much choice. Thank you so much! I can't wait to come back and see everyone.

The most wholesome and beautiful holiday. The beach and hotel design were dreamy. I woke up early very day for 9days to watch the sunshine- which took my breath away every time. The rock pools where full of sea life and the snorkelling was nothing short of spectacular- my first time- and so was amazing to walk though the hotel and onto the beach in 5mins and be able to loose myself in an underwater world of clear beautiful ocean- full of fish! The staff, who we got to know well over the 9 days of our stay- made us feel so welcome and cared for. They work so well as a team and are kind to each other which flows into the service they give guests. Little kind gestures and thoughtful acts and conversation became part of the delight of staying at this resort. They are all wonderful talented team members- with a passion for their hosting expertise. The culture locally is really majestic, folk lore, ancient temple remains in Lindos and Rodos. Wine tasting and friendly locals. My partner and I were so relaxed and content during our stay I would tell my family and friends to stay at this resort if they ever get the chance. We have just returned from our stay at Lindian Dream Hotel. And we are going to book again, to stay next year. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, a lovely, clean pool area to relax. And plenty of quality sun beds too. There is a private beach area attached to the hotel, also with plenty of beds and umbrellas, just a couple of steps away from the pool. The outdoor bar area serves good food and drinks. Our room was spacious enough for us, if a little dated, especially the bathroom. I do believe the owners are planning of refurbishing some rooms. However, the rooms were very clean, serviced daily and had all the essentials you wanted. Including a kettle! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel as we chose B&B so we could enjoy trying different restaurants in the area. All the staff from reception, hospitality and housekeeping were friendly and professional. And nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is away from the main areas of Lindos, that suited us as we wanted a relaxed, leisurely stay. A taxi ride to Lindos town is only about 10 minutes drive and around €12. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel for the calmness, tranquility and professionalism and service from the staff. A joy.
