We spent two weeks in one of their family apartment this year and we are very satisfied. We enjoyed very much our staying. The place is well built, very clean and extremely quiet.

We spent two weeks in one of their family apartment this year and we are very satisfied. We enjoyed very much our staying. The place is well built, very clean and extremely quiet. A perfect location, very close to the town centre. There is also a wide parking area at the back of the hotel compound. From the top family apatment where we were staying, there is a beautiful view of the Kokkari bay and all the hills.

Lovely guest house in a great spot in Kokkari ouzing with Greek charm. The family are lovely and very welcoming. We had an air conditioned double room. It was small with outdated furniture but thats the charm. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean which were important to us. The breakfast was fine and ran by a lovely lady. They grow their own fruit and served this as well, except it was a pity that that they did not serve fresh orange juice too as this came from a package. The whole place had lovely setting with lots of flowering plants and great decor and cats. Different than staying at a hotel. Its a definite recommendation and we will stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We particularly liked the beautiful hotel complex, where you can calm down very well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The rooms are not the most modern, but contain everything you need for a vacation stay. The only thing we would have liked is a double bed instead of two single beds, which sometimes made the night a bit uncomfortable. But that's not so bad.
Particularly noteworthy is the warmth of the owner family. Due to a booking mistake, we were generously compensated. They always helped you for special concerns and the friendly charisma and the nice handling made you feel at home.
In summary, we had a wonderful stay and a great time. Therefore we would recommend the hotel with the best of conscience.

Brilliant stay in Kokkari. Such a lovely place to stay in surrounded by beauty of the garden grown by the owners - such an effort to make the hotel that cozy and cute. Felt love and happiness around. Kokkari is a hidden gem in Greece - would definitely recommend! Surely will come back - huge thanks to the owners ❤️

The general areas are maintained very good!
- Disappointing:
Room is sometimes not cleaned well enough, it then gets cleaned with a dirty wipe, which made our room smell
The shower will flood every time you take a shower
You will get clean towels every two days. (While you would need them every day too dry your flooded bathroom…)
Also about the shower: we had cold water for 4 days out of the 6 days stay.
The owners can come up with new rules every other day. Example: rules about parking and about the use of the airconditioning. They even took our AC remote control out of our room while we weren’t there.
Poor breakfast: overcooked eggs, average croissants (more like dough balls than croissants), cheese, ham, olives, bread, jam, milk, and Greek yoghurt. That’s all. It’s the same every single day.
Not enough power points to charge your hardware
The hotel is not renovated in the 21st century. You cannot charge your phone next to your bed, but only in the kitchen.
Google said this is three stars but I am positive that it is less.

very nice structure ... however small rooms (at least mine) .. bathroom that floods after every shower ... and a little scarce breakfast ... to improve
