The accommodation is exceptional in every respect: modern architecture, tasteful décor, immaculately maintained rooms and a wonderful garden – the sort not everyone has. – What’s more, you can tell that an artist is at work here. Mariya is an absolutely brilliant host. She gave us some invaluable tips and was always on hand to help. And we’d like to say a big thank you for the unusual gift.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The property is beautifully decorated with great taste, and the garden creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Maria welcomed us on the first day with a map and many useful tips and recommendations about the area, which we really appreciated. She was a thoughtful and attentive host. A perfect place for a truly relaxing holiday! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to Maria, who is an exceptional host. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need.
The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can tell that every little detail has been carefully thought out to make guests feel comfortable.
My favorite part of the apartment was a thoughtfully organized storage area where you'll find everything that can make your holiday even more enjoyable. There is a variety of beach and swimming equipment, playing cards, beach paddles, several board games, a chess set, as well as practical items such as an iron, an ironing board, and a high chair for babies. It's these little details that show how much care Maria puts into making every guest feel at home.
The beach is just a 2-minute walk (about 150 meters) from the apartment. If you don't feel like driving to the more popular beaches, you can enjoy the peaceful beach nearby. Although it isn't organized, that's exactly what makes it so special—it feels like your own private beach where you can truly relax.
Maria has thought of absolutely everything. She provides beach umbrellas and chairs that you can take to any beach you visit, and she welcomes you with fantastic recommendations for restaurants, hidden gems, and the best beaches not only in Nea Skioni but throughout the entire region. Her suggestions made our vacation even more enjoyable.
Another great advantage is the location. The apartment is close enough to reach the center within a few minutes, yet far enough away to enjoy complete peace and quiet, especially in the evenings.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this was one of the best accommodation experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Halkidiki, and we will definitely be coming back!

Where to begin? We have never experienced such exceptional hospitality anywhere in Greece — and that’s really saying something, as we’ve been visiting every year for the past 35 years!

The apartment was spacious and clean(they do housekeeping every day), the whole place is quiet and peaceful, what more do you seek?
The recommendations from Mariya, whether for eating or enjoying some sun and beautiful sand, were spot on 💯.
If you want to enjoy a great holiday, with either friends, in couple or with family, this is the place for you.

Staying at Mariya Art Living was an amazing experience – truly a special place to be. Mariya is extremely attentive and helpful, always offering great tips for beaches and local places to eat. She is super friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean and decorated with great love and attention to detail, just like the whole property, which feels like an art exhibition.

The nearby beach wasn’t our personal favorite, but there are many beautiful swimming spots just a short distance away.

Mariya Art Living is located on the more scenic side of the Kassandra Peninsula. Communication with Mariya was excellent; she was ready to greet us upon arrival and provided a map with recommendations for the best restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. Our apartment was bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, and beach towels were provided. The hotel is nestled in an olive grove, and Mariya's artistic touches and attention to detail make the place unique and inspiring. Tips: - This hotel is perfect for families and people that are looking to relax and get away from noisy and crowded places. - The hotel is situated only 1 km away from Neo Skioni , you can have early walks buying breakfast from bakery - There is a small beach nearby bring water shoes , to protect your feet from pebbles. The beach is perfect to visit after 6pm to watch the sunset. - Follow Mariya recommendations we loved Eldoris Beach bar & Restaurant and Eldoris Restaurant Beach bar and Archontiko Agia Paraskevi and Giorgos Fish Restaurant - Share with Mariya what you liked and she will provide more curated recommendations -

The property is exactly as advertised and even more so. Besides the facts that both the apartments and the garden are beautifully designed and maintained, spotless clean and equipped everything one might need (beach towels, chairs and umbrellas including), staying there is a wonderful experience for the soul due to the owner’s attention and dedication. I cannot remember meeting in my travels somebody so dedicated to the guests’ comfort and well being. The place is a quiet one, there is a pebble beach several meters away, so it is a perfect place to relax and rest. It is pet friendly in the true sense, our dog was welcome and well treated. I u sees todo from the owner that they can even provide dog bed, blankets for the sofas, etc. All in all, we felt spoiled due to Maria’s efforts!
