The room was spotless and comfortable. location is great and was very good, close to the Promenade, city center and many restaurants and coffee, shopping and very safe. also, they have parking. We enjoyed our staying in the Hotel. Well done.

Very comfortable My husband had a heart attack and was rushed to Volos hospital. Fortunately I found this hotel online and its very good. Each day i have had to extend my stay and this been simple. Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable which is all i need. Close to the port and city centre and hospital.

We stayed in Room 601, not a bad view, of this small hotel, right in the middle of town, walking distance to waterfront. Room was very clean and modern, with a good shower, and few toiletries. We did find the bed a bit small though and we are not tall people. The buffet breakfast was quite traditional and very nice. Would stay her again and recommend.

Everything about my stay at the Kypseli Hotel was great. I particularly found Nikki at the reception desk to be very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in Volos.

Hotel is ready for a refurb. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good. The room has no facilities - no tea and coffee, one glass to share. I had to make the bed as it was still set up for hot weather - so no sheet and no duvet. It was ok but I wouldn't rush back.

Returning guest, would stay here again, clean modern room, great view, tasty breakfast. Well positioned for ferries and onward transport - highly recommended.

Ideally placed for our transport needs, close to station and ferry terminal. Clean room, good Aircon and a pleasant breakfast.

I feel like the hotel doesn’t deserve a higher rating. The positives are that it’s quite cheap compared to the other hotels in the area, and that breakfast is included. The main cons is the quite old design of the interior, equipment (i.e. hairdryer, fridge), bad soundproofing (you can hear the neighbors snoring above, people speaking outside the room far away from you and etc.). You get the picture...

The hotel is very nice! It has a big pool which was very clean, the prices of the bar were low, the staff very kind. And a big plus was the covered parking place! The time to the beach is aprox 3 min and to the port of volos aprox 7 min by car! I would kindly recommend it!

Descent place for a night's rest, before sailing to Skiathos just 10' drive from the ferry. Very well priced with helpful staff. Interior of the hotel is spacious and well decorated. Many parking spaces, not like Volos center

We stayed at Kritsa Hotel for 3 days and we are super satisfied! The hotel is so beautiful, they kept the pure traditional architecture and design which we loved! Fantastic stay. Our room was comfortable and quiet but no lift. The restaurant served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast. The area is quaint and full of character.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. Is one of those places that you will think about years to come and will make you want to book another trip to Greece just to comeback to this place. Despite the friendly service we have received from the reception team, we were disapointed from the room. The plaster on some of the walls was peeling. The space between the bed & the wall on one side was very small and the curtain reached to the floor, so it was very difficult to pass through, especially at night if you need to go to the bathroom. I cannot say enough good about the staff. We had planned on staying 2 nights but a massive rainstorm flooded the area and we could not get leave the hotel. The staff made sure we got feed and kept us informed about the situation with the rain even though they were not taking care of their homes that were being damaged by the storm. We had the so called “honeymoon suite”, a spacious room with a large terrace and also a jacuzzi, and, following the Covid rules, we had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel spa just for ourselves. I fall in love with the view from the very first sight. One of the best locations in the area, equally close to both Portaria and Makrinitsa villages. Tasty breakfast with the variety of choices. Convenient parking. Cozy rooms. In-house playing room with billiards, table tennis, mini football, and playground for kids. But the most important - super hospitable people here, the owner and the ladies....

A great hotel with an outstanding location between Portagia and Makrinitsa. We were impressed by the warm family and their team. The hotel is recommended for families, as there is a very large and cozy lobby, as well as a great "playroom". So you can also relax there without always having to be in your room or on the move.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Everyone was sweet and kind. I went there on a school trip and we had so much fun! The rooms were beautiful,spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable,the water was super clean and the balconies were nice with great view. Excellent hotel, both in room quality, staff hospitality and a very nice breakfast buffet! We stayed for two days and can definitely commend the relaxing beds, really clean rooms and wonderful location in addition to the staff being super polite and helpful! The Erofili hotel provided us an exceptional hospitality as well as a super handmade breakfast, same is located in the center of Portaria village with all the hotspots in walking distance. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable enough and cozy.

The professional and diligent staff took great care of us when Storm Daniel hit the Pilio area recently, making sure we had food and shelter amid a police curfew and power cuts. A great example of Greek hospitality, even during trying and difficult times.
