The service is very good, the breakfast is good, we didn't get to check the spa, the internet on the 2nd floor is very weak.

Despite the friendly service we have received from the reception team, we were disapointed from the room. The plaster on some of the walls was peeling. The space between the bed & the wall on one side was very small and the curtain reached to the floor, so it was very difficult to pass through, especially at night if you need to go to the bathroom. The breakfast met our expectations & the hotel did everything to satisfy us with arranging our tour in the area including restaurants recommendations. The bed was comortable.

Beautiful, atmospheric and clean hotel in a central but quiet location with a great view. The services are good and the staff is friendly. Very good breakfast. We haven't got the chance to experience the spa yet. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Pelion.

I cannot say enough good about the staff. We had planned on staying 2 nights but a massive rainstorm flooded the area and we could not get leave the hotel. The staff made sure we got feed and kept us informed about the situation with the rain even though they were not taking care of their homes that were being damaged by the storm. Amazing staff that cares about guests and ensures their comfort.

The rroms are awesome. The service is excellent. The breakfast, amazing! The people of the hotel, very polite and helpful. There are also a sauna and a hamam (with artificial steam) included in price!

Great views of volos. Good location near the village of portaria. Spa facilities available. Clean and fresh. The stuff was very helpful. Decent breakfast. On our last day we had to leave very early before the breakfast opens and the staff prepared toast and coffee to go for us. All in all, I was very happy with the hotel. I would stay there again

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We had the so called “honeymoon suite”, a spacious room with a large terrace and also a jacuzzi, and, following the Covid rules, we had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel spa just for ourselves. Breakfast is available until 11 a.m., and you can have it in a patio outside, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was very kind and professional, always happy to help.
