Where to stay with pets in Kipseli

The Big Shout has to go to Ricardo who has been here as long as we have been coming who is seen constantly coming round checking and asking if everything ok. if not let him know and he can fix any problems or issues

I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. I recommend renting a car to visit the island

Close by to the pool area is an undercover area with beanbags and sun beds, on one of the days we stayed we had the most amazing thunderstorm and were able to enjoy watching it in this comfortable area with company of the resident cats and a good book

Food label on everything is clear. If you still can’t find anything, then the very lovely Ireena will cook you something fresh. You can also order something the day before if you don’t want to wait

The hotel does have 2 infinity pools which we did not have access to as we chose not to upgrade to the 'My Favourite Club' by the sounds of it you don't get much extra apart from a slightly better room and the extra pool space

Our room was much nicer than expected which was very close to the pool and was cleaned everyday with new bedding and fresh towels! We had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed most evenings enjoying a cocktail with a good book

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of bars and restaurants a handy supermarket directly across the road A bus stop 5 minutes around the corner which will take you to Tsillivi or Zante town

A friend of mine recommended me this hotel because of its beneficial location (near to the town and the beach) but for someone who wants to eat Greek cuisine but also relax in not so crowded pool it is perfect

Breakfast Going into breakfast always 2 staff on the door I assume to greet you but I never got a good morning once, after about the 3rd day I gave up trying. Wasps/hornets all over the jams marmalade honey and cakes

Dead wasps in the honey are removed by staff with a spoon and honey is left there. The cereal was very poor and the bread was dry and stale. The hot food selection was passable the egg selection was the best of all

Fruit juices came out of a machine which tasted more like cordial and was not very drinkable. The tables outside were never set for breakfast if you wanted to eat outside you had to set your own table

We had 2 suitcases plus hand luggage he did not offer to help at all. The room was large and spacious with good A/C. The room maids were friendly and worked really hard, the hotel was immaculate

The location was a bit further from the town but we didn’t mind that much

There was always a wide range of food available every night had something different and different cuisines, there was always multiple options of meats/ salads/ vegetables/ deserts/ fish, there really was something for everyone everyday and it was not repetitive

It was perfect for our girlstrip. Also so peacefully quiet and very chill. The sea was sooo soo clean, the pool area was great, the food was lovely. We loved the aesthetic, the staff was very polite and helpful

Also if people were smoking we could smell it when we were outside and sometimes people were smoking out the front and we could smell it in our room, we don’t smoke so didn’t like this (or constantly being able to hear our neighbours) would have been better if they seperated smoking and non smoking rooms

We have a superior suite with garden view, which was one of the better pool options as the pool pointed west so you had sun in the afternoon and saw sunset from it

On arrival we were welcomed and treated with free welcome drinks, we then had one of the managers help us with our suitcases and take us down to our room and he gave us a tour of the room and explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked, it was definitely VIP service

A great little spot right in the beach. Service and people are fantastic, with the open menu every breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms and facilities aren’t really that of a four star hotel

Visit planet ( sports bar) popeyes for great Greek and English meals. Nice hotel generally, staff very good

I would rate better, but not for that price. Rooms are bigger, than usual, however outdated. At least our was, not sure, it's same with all the rooms. Great AC, never to hot - eventhough we were there in top season

Hotel has it's own restaurant, and there are 2-3 others nearby. Breakfast is not great not terrible. Not a great variety, however I was able to choose something every day, and they did small changes every day

I've went to swim every day, but most of guests didn't even try to get in the water - not great for kids. However if you want a quiet stay and don't want to travel around, it's not that bad

You have to rent a car, if you're going to live here. Nothing interesting to see nearby, only some resorts. Plenty of room near a small pool and always some free sunbeds on the beach

I would go back tomorrow if I could! The pool was lovely, and very clean. The hotel gave us towels to use at the pool. The beds in the room were so so comfortable

The hotel is in a remote peaceful location sat on a cliff top with great sea views. Most days my wife and I would have the pool to ourselves as all the other guest would be out site seeing

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Everyone was very friendly, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean and it was in beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Every meal we had here was delicious and we really enjoyed the breakfasts which had a nice variety and always looked appetising. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is quite remote but that suited our purposes, to have a relaxing trip, but maybe not ideal if you want bars and restaurants on your doorstep

Far better than mine at home! No noise from neighbouring rooms. The hotel was more remote than we thought, and mentioning this because the holiday website we booked through said it was in Zante Town
