Stayed here as a family for a week and whist I am happy we got our money's worth and it was decent value, there are a few details i believe the hotel could do which would have made our stay 5 Star. Wanted to give an honest review of facilities. Rooms - Q block gets zero sun so pool was like ice. Shower needs resealing as flooded but hey ho not end of the world. Food - was it the best ? We visited in the early days of October as a family and we had a truly wonderful stay here. The rooms are already worn out, the sink in the bathroom is leaking, the toilet flush is broken, the third bed for a child is just some kind of folding cot, some sockets don’t work, some lamps don’t turn on. What can I say… The best hotel I have ever been! Room, food, staff, area of the hotel at the top level. I almost cried when I had to leave the hotel. One thing that could be better is english of the staff, sometimes was hard to understand them.

Awesome place! Very nice room, located on the first floor with a nice terrace. Elena was very helpful and helped us with the transfer to the airport. The area is very quiet, surrounded by olive trees. Nearby there is a tavern and a bar/restaurant on the beach. It is definitely recommended to have a car or scooter if you stay for several days and want to move around the island.

Booked a last minute stay at Galatea, not knowing the area or the island, itself at all. So glad we did, Galatea is perfectly situated, close to the busier towns, and a stones throw from the ocean. Room is clean and spacious, recently refurbished too. Will definitely be coming again.

In my opinion the best hotel in the world for a couple's trip. The service and food were simply as good as could be. I have a gluten intolerance and the efforts that they went to to make fresh pasta/bread and others were unbelievable - however my wife has no such intolerance and also believed the food was incredible

A friend of mine recommended me this hotel because of its beneficial location (near to the town and the beach) but for someone who wants to eat Greek cuisine but also relax in not so crowded pool it is perfect. Very helpful staff, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is big with many sunbeds. There is a small pool bar that sells ice creams and drinks. The breakfast was good with a selection of bacon, eggs, Greek yogurt etc. The rooms have air conditioning and big balconies. Highly recommended, would go back.

A beautiful luxurious hotel tucked away from the tourist resorts. Highly recommend staying here. All the staff ensure you feel welcome and comfortable. Loved staying here. The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. Very stylish and clean. The hotel room is very large and spacious, the staff is very friendly and even upgraded our room type. The only drawback is that the hotel is located a little bit on the mountain, which is not suitable for friends who travel by car.

Our room was beautiful, boasting gorgeous ocean views, a spacious in-room soaking tub, and a very large balcony. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and we also received complimentary welcome fruits in our room. Despite its hillside location, it's only about a ten-minute walk to the beach. We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean. We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location.
