I would rate better, but not for that price.
Rooms are bigger, than usual, however outdated. At least our was, not sure, it's same with all the rooms. Great AC, never to hot - eventhough we were there in top season. Worst part was foul smell from the bathroom, you could not get rid of. Lots of limescale, eventhough rooms are cleaned every day and you see staff working from morning till evening.
You have to rent a car, if you're going to live here. Nothing interesting to see nearby, only some resorts.
Plenty of room near a small pool and always some free sunbeds on the beach. However beach is one of the worst we've seen on whole island. I cut my leg twice during our stay here, beacuse of rocks on the bottom. I've went to swim every day, but most of guests didn't even try to get in the water - not great for kids. However if you want a quiet stay and don't want to travel around, it's not that bad.
Hotel has it's own restaurant, and there are 2-3 others nearby.
Breakfast is not great not terrible. Not a great variety, however I was able to choose something every day, and they did small changes every day.

Nice Greek hotel, lovely clean pool, own beach, stoney so may want apporiate footwear.
Never had evening meal, had breakfast with our deal. Which was always well presented with good selection. Food around pool and lunch time options were very good, well priced.
This hotel is 15 mins from main town life Tisilivi, €20 taxi €2 bus, bus only ran till 8.30pm but reliable in season.
Visit planet ( sports bar) popeyes for great Greek and English meals.
Nice hotel generally, staff very good.

A great little spot right in the beach. Service and people are fantastic, with the open menu every breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms and facilities aren’t really that of a four star hotel. But that’s easily made up by the fact you’re mostly out going to other places.

Fantastic gem, far from the noisy, busy areas.
Dionisis and all the staff is friendly, helpful, they really make you feel at home. The best hosts we have ever encountered!
The room is very comfortable, clean (cleaning and fresh towels, sheets every day) with the most gorgeous view of the sea.
It is really right on the shore, the beach has lots of free umbrellas, sunbeds and so does the pool by the beach.
Breakfast and the menu dinner is very delicious, lots of options. The beach bar also has nice snacks and drinks during the day.
If you want to relax and explore the island this is a perfect place for that. Dionisis will provide you all info and maps if you want to explore on your own (renting a car is recommended Get Away Rentals is awesome, they bring the car to you to the hotel).
We definitely will come back here!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We stayed for a week with my wife and son and it was a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, with a private beach, a pool practically on the sea, and a breakfast and dinner area with an enchanting sea view. The food was amazing, lots of choice and the food was fresh and very tasty. The rooms are large, well-designed, clean, and welcoming. Daily room cleaning with change of all linen is definitely a plus. Finally, the staff is the icing on the cake: friendly, professional, helpful, and kind. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean. We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location.

Great Place to stay.
We talked to the Owner and he did everything to help us. We got a quad for rent, which was delivered directly to the hotel organized by the owner. We also got recommendations for day trips and boat tours, which were amazing.

We had a junior suite, very clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was really good. Best thing you can do is discover local tavernas for dinner.
The pool and Beach is nice and the place is very quiet. Anytime again

The owners and the staff are very nice and helpful. The food was very delicious. We stayed in the hotel with a 1,5-year-old and it was perfect for us, everybody was very nice with us. We arrived very late in the evening but the owner ordered us dinner and also we had to leave to the airport late afternoon and we were allowed to stay in our room until we had to go. They helped us to rent a car and recommended us dive spots and programs within the island. Also, they helped us to organize airport transfers. I can only recommend this hotel for everybody, especially those ones who come with little ones :)

Great place for a true Greek experience. I stayed for 1 week and used as a base to travel the whole island. Strategic position, and amazing staff. The owner has been a great help and advising day trips and directing me to the best things to do. Always available and happy to help.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended. We had all inclusive, all the food was amazing, great choice + drinks. The pool was big and clean, the sun beds too, crystal clear water, amazing private beach with a terrace, very clean renovated rooms with everyday cleaning, good wifi, very nice people working there and willing to help.
