The hotel is located in a quiet location, but close to the beach. Super clean, tidy house and garden. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We even got lactose-free milk! ;) The host is very nice and attentive. I recommend!! :)

Fantastic place to come with family and friends. The apartments are located in the house where the owners live, however this is not a big problem as there is enough privacy. Guests have at their disposal, apart from a great view of Lake Balaton and a high standard (which is not common at Lake Balaton), there are numerous sunbeds, tables, etc., so there are plenty of places to spend evenings in pleasant...

The owner was really very kind, she recommended a lot of things to do around the lake, accommodation also very good, very close to the city centre and beach, nice local pubs and restaurants. And it is possible to leave your own bicycles hidden during the nights so they are safe.

We didn't use the pool and the kitchen-lounge at the back, but it's a great option if you don't have good weather all day. Pretty good accommodation. Very nice host who provides cosy and clean rooms. The house is situated near the esplanade and beach and in spite of that you will find a calm area.

Csilla is a very nice and welcoming host. She gives you her personal phone number to fix anything that isn't right, anytime. The location is perfect.

The place is close to the center and close to the beach. It has a pool, so if the lake is too cold, it is a great option.

Reception and service were fine. You must definitely take into account the plasterboard walls in the rooms, you can only fall asleep at night when your last "neighbor" has also fallen asleep.

Very nice host. Clean comfortable room. A small negative is that the window in the bathroom could be covered with foil so that the neighbors can't see in.

Tried for one night. It was clean and quiet. But a very small room with the smallest shower I have ever experienced in my life, I felt a bit like I was in a submarine. There were many shortcomings and I don't want to list everything again. Thank you for your service anyway. PS; The air conditioning had no control, therefore unusable.. 6/10

Good rooms with balkony and small kitchen and aircondition. Two blocks to the beach. Good car parking in the backyard. Friendly family. Beds are quite hard.

It's a cosy place with nice apartments. They offer special rooms for different constellations which is great. The huge balcony around the house and the terasse are big advantages. It's very close to the beach and the promenade. The stuff was always kind and helpful.

Pleasant room, bathroom, good breakfast. What an average person needs. I would highlight the quality of the mattress! I missed one thing: the daily cleaning of the garden furniture, since construction was going on nearby. The staff is very kind and attentive. I recommend.

Modern apartment, excellent location, pleasant owners, close to the beach and the promenade by Balaton

The best accommodation in Balatonfüred. For years we only have a concept with them. The street is quiet in a very good place, the Tagore promenade and the shore of Lake Balaton are close. The rooms are absolutely fine, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is also kind, attentive, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Tidy little rooms, perfect for resting

The garden is beautiful, the apartment is basically in order. It's not very modern, but it has everything you need, and Lake Balaton is really close. The beds really squeak in a funny way, but we still slept well on them. What I didn't like was that according to the official rules, you can pay in splits with cash and Szép card, but in practice the invoice issuer was inflexible and did not allow us...

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Kisfaludi-Strand sind wir jeden Tag gefahren, da wir Badesachen, Kühlbox und Wasserspielzeug nicht tragen wollten. Ansonsten ist es auch mit Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind jeden Abend an die Promenade gelaufen und morgens zum Bäcker und es war vollkommen problemfrei. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und trotzdem Zentrumsnah

The rooms are nice and the small pool is nice, but there is no kitchen or dining area. You can't even make a clinking coffee. The common dining room was closed due to covid. It's not comfortable if the apartments don't have at least a kitchenette. For those who do not need this, the place is 5 stars in terms of value for money.

What an amazing place. Highly recommend! This town in general is inspiring and historical. The hotel specifically is just breathtaking; from the details of the furniture to the crispy fresh croissant in breakfast, or Hugo the cute dog that is resting peacefully in the yard. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Had a wonderful time at the Gombas Kuria hotel. Also, we used the hotel's bycicles to explore...

Exactly what you would expect, the staff were open to solve our difficulties regarding booking on the spot.

Stayed here in Summer 2019 and it was glorious. The mini houses were fun and well air-conditioned. 10 minute walk from the beach. Tennis courts which were good for my husband and kids to practise on. The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent. Kids want to come back.

Ok room with some problems such as broken shower door and bad WiFi, okay breakfast, the waiter doesn’t know English, too much shower gel and now shampoo.

The place is right on the main road and close to the lake Balaton. The room was simple, but clean. The caretaker couple was absolutely wonderful, they made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The positive: the staff is very nice. But... parking is a drama. There is a narrow space in the yard, you can hardly turn around the stalls. Driving in and out of Route 71 is particularly dangerous due to the unpredictable right turn. There is no HUF soap holder in the bathroom (this is the case with most domestic accommodations as well...). There is a wifi code, but there is no available network....

My husband and I spent a weekend here, they welcomed us kindly, everything was orderly and clean. The room is simply furnished, but comfortable. We will stay here again next time we come to Balatonfüred.

The guest house is conveniently close to the station and on arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown our room which was clean, large and very well appointed. The breakfast was simply fantastic. A wide selection of continental and savory options. We also enjoyed the sauna and pool which was totally unexpected. I would return without any doubt to Gold Haus!!

We spent a week in the guest house this summer. Very sophisticated and nicely furnished, well-equipped, clean apartment. The textiles were soft and fragrant. (I'm not sure about that. 😄) The owner was very nice, one morning we received freshly made peach jam in a small bowl with a nice message. It was memorable, we are very glad we were there. We'll be back! 🙂

Nicely designed apartment. extremely kind and flexible and helpful welcome. 1-1 minimal accessories that are missing... For example: shower rose holder, toilet holder in the shower, air conditioning, the yard could be more child-friendly. All in all it did it for 2 nights, if only to sleep I would go back

The whole building had a very nice vibe to it and the room had a little terrace. It wasn't too far from the station and the beach promenade, so perfect for trips to neighbouring cities or just going for a stroll/visit the beach.
