I stayed here for 3N during my last business trip in September 2024. The receiption is helpful. The view from my room is great. Just the wall are too thin and you can hear everything next door. It was quite annoying that I didn't choose for my 2nd visit.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot of old pieces of furniture and the rooms have different looks. The check-in staff was professional. It’s good to have an inside and outside pool as well. We got towels and bathrobes as well. The food was nice. We had a lot of choices for breakfast as well. It is a child friendly place.

The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good.

Amazing experience in an authentic castle transformed in a hotel. With had the library loft, with lots of books and the interior looks impressive. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including prosecco and fruits. The park is superb, it was too bad to spend just 1 night. We shall come back for sure, the dinner menu seems very intersting.

The room was freshly renovated, really modern and elegant design. The size is not too big for two adults and a children, however a quite big wardrobe to store. The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

We haven't stayed in such a quiet hotel in a long time. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony facing the countryside. Breakfast and dinner were very varied. The outdoor area was beautiful and large with plenty of sun loungers. We highly recommend this hotel.

There is currently a mosquito plague in the hotel; we have never seen anything like it. There are 1000 times more mosquitoes than in Lignano i Lignano.

We stayed there as a family. Because there were several seminars during the week, the garden and wellness area were very empty. It got busier from the weekend onwards. There were always plenty of sun loungers available. Pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards were free. The other wellness facilities, sports, and playground were also great. The food was very good.

The rooms are clean, they could probably have undergone at most a partial renovation compared to the lobby and the restaurant area. Private closed parking. This hotel is surprisingly super great both for adults and kids. The staff is extremely friendly, food is excellent, and the venue at the beach has also an amazing atmosphere and view. Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Just visited relatives and had a dinner, but as I saw the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The room could be a little bigger. The food is at the highest level.

The only hotel in Balatonalmadi that is right on the Balaton bike trail and has its own beach front. You can also rent SUP and the staff is super nice. The hotel belongs to one of the universities so staying here you also support young people.

We are returnees to this hotel for various reasons. It is nice and quiet even in high season and has a private Balaton beach. The kitchen staff is very accommodating to requests, and other staff is also very helpful. Bikes available to use, and in summer season you can rent SUP as well. They have a nice playground and a small outdoor kids pool.

This hotel is a complete throw back, stay here and go back in time 30 years. The food is hearty, the staff friendly (I got to learn some Hungarian from one of the wait staff). You won’t get good internet service but you will get a chance to really relax and take some lovely swims and walks.

We stayed for two weeks and held our wedding there! Friendly and accommodating staff who really looked after us. We enjoyed using the Volleyball court and table tennis. Excellent location with a private beach and free use of sun loungers. Comfortable rooms with balcony, fridge and hairdryers. Great value overall and would certainly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! The staff is great, always smiling. If you have any kind of problem or complaint, they strive to find a solution right away. Their private beach is nice as well, though open to the public, it is never crowded. Really great value for the money! My only complaint, is that the coffee at breakfast is really bad 😀

This Mediterranean hotel is a real gem among the accommodations on Lake Balaton. They are kind, friendly, attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is amazing. A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. So we didn't have any towels. The water was leaking from the shower. The hotel was beautiful but I wasn’t satisfied with any of the services.

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here, the rooms are super cosy and vibey. The facilities here are placed well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Balaton while relaxing. I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is.

I was not a hotel guest, I was undergoing a medical examination. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The doctor and the assistant treated me kindly and carefully. I can warmly recommend it to everyone!

First of all, it must be said that this is a medical institution! People come here for treatment, not for relaxation! So don't count on restaurants and alcohol, there is none! Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.
