The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot of old pieces of furniture and the rooms have different looks. The check-in staff was professional. It’s good to have an inside and outside pool as well. We got towels and bathrobes as well. The food was nice. We had a lot of choices for breakfast as well. It is a child friendly place.

The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. Amazing experience in an authentic castle transformed in a hotel. With had the library loft, with lots of books and the interior looks impressive. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including prosecco and fruits. The park is superb, it was too bad to spend just 1 night. We shall come back for sure, the dinner menu seems very intersting.

The room was freshly renovated, really modern and elegant design. The size is not too big for two adults and a children, however a quite big wardrobe to store. The spa is fine, well maintained with several different saunas and hot tubs. But it was a little bit cold inside in the winter time. The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. So we didn't have any towels. The water was leaking from the shower. The hotel was beautiful but I wasn’t satisfied with any of the services.

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here, the rooms are super cosy and vibey. The facilities here are placed well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Balaton while relaxing. I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is.

Good location, nice and cozy family owned hotel. Restaurant is right on the first floor, Balaton is very close if You want to have a nice swim or walk by. Free parking, friendly staff. Hostess speaks also english, which is very good actually as it is not so common in Hungary by my experience.

A great hotel and a wonderful venue for the annual English Teachers' Conference. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, and beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the restaurant is quite decent. On top of that, the location is very convenient and easy to reach!

We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. It is a nice modern hotel, with a very kind staff, good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Lots of entertainment opportunities. A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level.
