I give it 5 stars because of the main waiters smile, he has the best smile in the world. There is a strange hummmm of a machine giant but the fairy from reception put us to another room

It was very hard to find the reception because in the parking lot underneath the hotel was a disco party and they blocked the entrance there with serging tables. The hotel is very clean, good breakfast and nice staff

I was accomondated at this hotel during my last trip to Hungary. I have just good memories from my stay. The hotel doesn't look impressive from outside, but it's quite cosy inside

Though away from Budapest , located in beautiful hilly area, rooms are having good view. Breakfast is also good. Language problem, which can be solved. Very silent and cool location.

This is considered relatively good for the area. You can't compare it to something like that in China; the difference is too great, and there aren't many good options

We liked the high quality saunas and excellent cold plunge, but avoided the pools since they were mobbed by kids! Ditto for breakfast. This place caters to families, so go early if you want to avoid the noise!

We went to Portobello based on a recommendation of friends, who both have 2 kids each. We asked them to recommend a good spa hotel not too far away from Budapest and Portobello came up multiple times

of the rooms, the restaurant, and similar seem like they are renovated, but at the very least are kept sparkling clean

The hotel, all its offerings, the location (quite nice to be on the border to Slovakia, as we had dinner there on our last day), the price are all just simply amazing. 5/5 highly recommended - we will come again!

The room isn't very large, but it feels cozy. It includes a spacious comfortable bad, brand-new furniture, and up-to-date plumbing. The room is excellently soundproofed. The hotel itself is contemporary and spotless

We stayed in this hotel for one night during our cycle tour from Vienna to Budapest. Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, excellent, quiet and clean room, great breakfast with lot of choice

Great location, everything was within walking distance. The receptionist was extra kind and always smiling. The room was well equipped, we had everything we needed. We had a great time. An excellent place to stay!
