The room was freshly renovated, really modern and elegant design. The size is not too big for two adults and a children, however a quite big wardrobe to store. The spa is fine, well maintained with several different saunas and hot tubs. But it was a little bit cold inside in the winter time. The activities are really good for children, different slides in the lobby, playgrounds around the hotel....

As a tourist from china the hotel was very nice.The water is good. But maybe if thes would extend it it would be better because theres too much people.📢📢

We stayed at Velence Resort & Spa with our one-year-old son and had an amazing experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families with small children. The staff was friendly and professional, the wellness area was excellent, and the pools were great for both adults and kids. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back...

The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed overnight at the Velence and the hotel roomw as elegant and comfortable. DInner and breakfast were OK, although we had requested vegetarian and gluten-free food but on the buffet dinner main choices there was nothing that was GF veggie. The staff were generally friendly (and spoke good English), and the location is lovely with great lake views. But the big let-down for us was the thermal...
