The room was freshly renovated, really modern and elegant design. The size is not too big for two adults and a children, however a quite big wardrobe to store. The spa is fine, well maintained with several different saunas and hot tubs. But it was a little bit cold inside in the winter time. The activities are really good for children, different slides in the lobby, playgrounds around the hotel....

The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

Great hotel! From the road, it looks like a run-down old building, but inside, it's more than fine! The pool is fantastic, the food and drinks are good, and the breakfast is extensive. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot of old pieces of furniture and the rooms have different looks. The check-in staff was professional. It’s good to have an inside and outside pool as well. We got towels and bathrobes as well. The food was nice. We had a lot of choices for breakfast as well. It is a child friendly place.

The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good.

Two nights in Szekeszvehervar Hotel looks OK but SPA area was surprisingly nice. Also the quality in local restaurant was good.

I stayed here for 3N during my last business trip in September 2024. The receiption is helpful. The view from my room is great. Just the wall are too thin and you can hear everything next door. It was quite annoying that I didn't choose for my 2nd visit.

Amazing experience in an authentic castle transformed in a hotel. With had the library loft, with lots of books and the interior looks impressive. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including prosecco and fruits. The park is superb, it was too bad to spend just 1 night. We shall come back for sure, the dinner menu seems very intersting.

After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! Very nice hotel with very nice people. Cozy, homey. Upon arrival they gave a map of Budapest and a guide in Russian. They speak German, which was especially nice. Delicious breakfast in the morning. The room is clean and cozy. There is a very beautiful garden on the territory.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to support me when I broke my ankle during my stay. They helped me get medication and crutches and even assisted with administering the medication. They also coordinated with the ambulance service to ensure my transfer to the airport was smooth. Pleasant overnight stay The only thing to watch out for is that the property has two buildings. The reception is in one building, your gps might bring you to the other one, and there wasn't really a sign that reception is the second building down the street. Had a pleasant (unfortunately short) stay.

Perfect! Friendly people on reception who are very helpful. Room clean and as described, slight crack in the ceiling, but nice powerful shower, comfortable beds and a lovely little terrace. Far enough out of the city but not far by transport, which is frequent! Would recommend and if I was ever to come back, will definitely stay here again!

The internet worked well, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the room was well cleaned.  The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The room was an okay size. The bed, pillows and chair weren't the most comfortable which was slightly disappointing. But, overall for the time period I think the value for money was decent. 

Ibis is about a ten minute walk from Kelenfold railway/metro station. Friendly English speaking recption staff. Beware of coach parties in breakfast room.

Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.

Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city. Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen. We enjoyed everything.

3 star hotel only. Cleaness and modern furniture will be the most concern for guests who are thinking of booking a room here. But the rooms are spacious indeed. It feels like we are living back to the Soviet era with timed old building and crack pattern street in front. And boild eggs with sausages will be your breakfast are main dishes for every morning you wake up and step in to the cafeteria.

We stayed with a tour group. A boutique hotel with a beautiful architecture in nature. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that transportation is a bit of a problem if you don't have a vehicle. Greetings from Turkey.

The place is surrounded by trees on a lush green hill. It's cool even when the city is in a heat wave. The garden terrace is lovely in the mornings for breakfast and relaxing to chill there the rest of the day. For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied. I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice, budget friendly hotel in Buda part of the city, close to places, where concerts are organized. The Mom park is really close even by foot. The rooms are small, but tidy. I appreciate newer TV, so one can watch through his accounts HBO, Disney and stuff.
