The staff is the best part of the hotel!!!
Most have been working there for many years and felt welcomed each and every time. Adam at reception, Csaba and Renata at the restaurant and Evelin chief of housekeeping, all provided excellent service! Breakfasts are super, with ample variety for all.
Location is very calm and peaceful, grounds meticulous and parking ample.
Renovation is needed, however as it is a bit dated, especially carpeting.
Will definitely, stay again!

Disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant staff. Very indifferent, they serve you very poorly, go find another restaurant în town, you will thank me later

The accomodation is good, but in restaurant we had the worst experience in Nyiregyhaza: the servers are indifferent, we were wainting for somebody to take our order for 15 minutes and nobody came. Moreover, we were wainting with our 2,5 years old child who was hungry and they didn’t care. We had to go in town to find something to eat. I don’t recommend the hotel’s restaurant!!!!

Nice hotel, but don’t go here during summer, their aircondition is not working. All rooms 27degrees plus. Central aircon and they don’t turn it on!!! Be aware!!

Small rooms, but comfortable. No screen on qindows or patio door. The hotel is on the edge of the town, you can get in the city center in 5 minutes by driving. It is a quiet place. The patio had no lights and had lots of tree debris and dead bugs on it. Overall the hotel could be cleaner.

Who gives this hotel 5 stars as a review? It's a 2 star hotel disguised as a 5 star hotel. The bathroom side of things needs a lot of work to be done. I've been in many hotels but this bathroom was both lacking things and not clean enough. I was here for 3 nights and didn't get any shower gel or shampoo bottles. The bottles are 25ml too.
The restaurant seems OK, but the steaks we ordered were very poor. We had to send it back 3 times until they cooked it right... Just don't order steaks.
The bar closes the pool area at 10pm, which is strange.
The breakfast is minimal, if you don't go very early, it will be poorly stocked
Currently there is construction work and they start around 7am. Very annoying

We were supposed to get a garden view - we literally had construction view instead (see the photo from our totally dusty balcony). The hotel is building a new part of building right in front of the current building. They were noisy even on Saturday starting 7 am. I find it completely unprofessional not to inform quest beforehand, not offering any discount or anything. We actually wanted to check the hotel for 1 night to see if we should book it for a longer stay, and definitely not, not coming back.

The pool area was okay but there was no soap and the doors to the cleaning supplies and laundry machines where never rarely closed so no real premium feeling there.
The lobby was really small and the smell of clorine was really bad..
The restaurant food was simply not good.
The breakfast was very limited and yet the quality of it was really poor. For instance the bacon almost boiled rather than fried.
This is not a 4 star hotel in any way. How it received that is beyond my understanding.

It's a fantastic kids-friendly wellness hotel with delightful staff.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
The bathroom is excellent, with a bathtub. We had a great dining and breakfast experience. Lovely food. The restaurant has a built-in soft play area for children and pool tables/ darts for adults.
There is a significant wellness wing with a sauna steam room, light therapy showers, swimming pool, hot tube and a 50cm 1 1/2 feet deep kids pool with toys. Staff will issue you bathrobes in adult and kids sizes, which was included in the room rate.
Free on-site parking.

Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom.
The restaurant and the food were good. There is a small playroom near the restaurant perfect for kids to use while parents eat. There is another outdoor playground, which is very nice and well equipped for small children.
The spa area was nice and clean. There is a small pool for kids, a bigger one for adults, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The spa area is small, but it was not crowded at all (we were there on workdays).
