I stayed at the hotel as a solo business traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to highlight the attitude of the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout; whatever I asked for, they handled immediately and with a smile. Regarding the wellness area, I found the swimming pool water a bit cold, and it was a pity that the steam cabin was out of order. However, the saunas and the bucket shower were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend this place.

We just return from our New Year"s vacation, and we can only tell great things about this place. The room, the restaurant, the wellness are all five points. The only sadness is that we cannot give more than five to the staff. They were great, polite, kind, helpful, professionals. Thanks again, and hope to see you soon! We can warmly recommend this place

The bed was greeaatt!!! I slept like a baby all 3 nights. The food was really really good and the cherry on top? The team!!! The team was spectacular. I don’t know if it’s the training or the heart of Hungarian hospitality. But I genuinely am going back!

I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, the service left much to be desired. It may have been an isolated incident, but we encountered numerous issues that fell below the standard we expected from a four-star establishment.

Regarding dining, our first night was delightful, with a variety of dishes, including fish. However, the second night was disappointing for a vegetarian. There were no main vegetarian options, only side dishes. When we addressed this with the chef, he acknowledged the issue but took no action. The restaurant floor manager, after consulting with the chef, offered us vegetarian side dishes such as potatoes and rice as a solution. This was unacceptable, as we expected a proper vegetarian meal included in our room price. Eventually, we were served some coated cheese after a third request.

To avoid a repeat of this situation, I spoke with the restaurant manager, who assured me that there would be mushroom-filled goat cheese the following evening. Unfortunately, on our final night, we were again served coated cheese. When we raised the issue, the restaurant manager informed us that we should have specifically requested it, despite the meal being presented in a buffet style.

This experience was disappointing, especially since we chose a four-star hotel expecting a certain level of quality and service. We hope these issues will be addressed and improved upon in the future.

If a random situation occurs, such as the death of a family member and you cancel your visit, do not count on a refund.
Edit: The reservation could be canceled until July 8! Unfortunately, my grandmother died 3 days after that date.

This is an excellent hotel. We were satisfied with all services. The staff is very kind and always smiling. We had half board, both the breakfast and the dinner were quite varied with many different hot and cold dishes. Every day there were different types of dishes. For dinner there were some appetizers, at least two soups, chicken, pork, beef, side dishes, vegetables, sauces. The dessert is not their best skill but still there was always something sweet. The spa is clean and nice. Even when it is busy you can still find place for activities. You have discount for a massage of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was a little bit cold but alright. The bathroom was clean and functional with toiletries.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and kind staff. They have a great indoor wellness so you can try it even if the weather is cold outside. The thermal spa is a short walk from the hotel. We like the room but I missed my balcony. But let it be the biggest problem I recommend to stay here.

Nice apartment, and very clean. Unfortunately the English language is not very familiar for the hotel staff. But nevertheless the experience was nice.

We booked 3 nights with breakfast and dinner. The hotel is really nice, good location, close to the Cave Bath. ( we took tickets for cave bath with discount from the hotel reception). The room is big, luminous and clean. The only problem that we’ve had was the temperature in the room, was a little cold for the kid, on thermostat we could set 23 degrees but the air was cold. When you leave, you’ll have to pay the resort tax and the parking place ( just like info for those who don’t know it).
