The hotel is open 24/7, which was very convenient — I checked in at 4 a.m. without any issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, there is parking available, and the breakfast was tasty. A great option if you arrive late at night or early in the morning.

Stayed here while driving through Hungary. Arrived late in the evening, emailed to state this and very helpful. Room good, wouldn’t say 4*. Was quite warm and other than opening window no way to cool room. Breakfast was typical for country. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very cozy, peaceful atmosphere and very clean. Everything was satisfying, starting from the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food - good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, the good location of the hotel.

This is 11pm, and I hear a terrible noise since they enjoy a party with loud music. I feel like I am in a pub. I already experienced this 3 days ago, it ended 2am. Now I go through this again.
Dont expect Housekeeping. They just refill a towel and that's it. No cleaning.
If you have no choice but this hotel, highly recommend staying at home.

Randomly picked this hotel while traveling to Austria from Romania on a recent vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and relaxing this hotel was. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the kid's area was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent (I usually do not like buffets, but they did a great job).

Staff members at reception, bar, restaurant, and wellness area were very friendly and professional. We wish we could spend more time at this property and look forward to incorporating the Granada Hotel into our future travel plans in the region.

We chose your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was satisfying, starting from the friendliness of the staff, the variety of food (rich selection of food for breakfast and dinner), the room is confortable and clean,the hotel's contents (bowling, mini golf, spa).We enjoyed the weekend.

The room was not clean at all, the fridge was full woth the previous guests food remains. Smelled weird the whole time, would not recommend.

Overpriced old hotel with no proper air conditioning, grumpy staff, drunk conference groups shouting all over the hotel in the middle of the night.

Doesn’t even merit 2 stars… only the prices are 4 stars here nothing else..

My third visit to this hotel after so many years made me change the good opinion about it that I had from previous visits. Dark corridors with stains, small outdated room, to go out at the balcony is forbidden , because they put solar panels and something could fall. The biggest disaster is the bathroom where one part of the door of the shower cabin is literally missing, there is no shower holder either, the cleaning lady has forgotten to fill the hand soup container… This is for sure not a 4-star-property despite of the remote and therefore calm location (outside of the town), the beautiful garden/ territory and the good free WiFi!
