-my room had a nice view of the Danube river and a balcony for breakfast
-robes, slippers, vanity kit were included in the room (but no toothpaste unlike what is advertised on trip.com)
-thermal water spa is nice during off peak times and when less busy
Cons:
-bathroom not that clean (see photo of bug)
-the quality of food at breakfast is lacking. Also, not a lot of variety.
-the spa is open to the public as well as hotel guests and people did not have spa etiquette (especially the young children whose parents did not seem to teach them any, as the children were splashing around and throwing themselves off the railings). No staff around to tell them otherwise. It was definitely not relaxing or rejuvenating as a “spa and wellness hotel” should be.
-people taking photos of other people in the spa area. There were no “no photo” signage in the spa area or going to the spa area to deter people from doing this.
-far from most tourist attraction (approx 45mins-1hr walk, 25-30min by bus (cash only, bring exact change as driver doesn’t have any) which was ok for me as I wanted somewhere quiet.
Overall, I chose this hotel to relax and rejuvenate in the thermal water spa but would not come here again for the above reasons. The spa area is more like a public bath facility than a “wellness” area. Cleaniness and quality of food also seems to be an issue.
The breakfast restaurant is to small and it need some more places for coffee and cold beverages
Its also not easy to get an appointment for the spa. Most are booked out for same day
And I missed a good a la carte restaurant for dinner
There are no restaurants around the hotels.
And it would be nice and easy to arrage the sauna sessions on a daily basis in the evening
Than it would be perfect.
Excellent spa facilities, great cleanliness throughout the hotel, and a polite, friendly, and welcoming staff.
A comfortable and pleasant stay — we really enjoyed it and would happily return.
The pools were a bit crowded on the weekend, on weekdays there is plenty of room.
All I've missed was a small cooling pool or barrell with temp. around or under 20, but the walkway between Thermal pools was deep enough to cool down. Shame there was no available rooms with a bath, but OK.

The atmosphere is pleasant and we like the thermal pools.
It would be nice if there was also an outdoor thermal pool.
The hotel is located on Margit Island, but it was very convenient for us to get anywhere in the city using public transportation, which is very available and free for us as senior citizens.
The reception team was fast, kind, and highly professional. Check-in and check-out were seamless.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every employee was cheerful, smiling, and incredibly attentive. They provided a level of service that was both extremely thoughtful and wonderfully discreet (never intrusive). I have genuinely never experienced this combination of attentiveness and discretion before. Everyone was endlessly respectful of privacy.
The rooms were fantastic, especially the terrace attached to the room, which was a joy to use.
Another highlight is the location and views. You can see the Danube on both sides of the hotel. The parking facilities are also very good.
Overall, this hotel is a masterclass in professional, yet genuinely kind, hospitality. I highly recommend it!
