I spent a night here, the location is beautiful. There is a pool outside, we were able to use it during night, there is also a sauna. The breakfast was good as well.

Nice staff, nice location and nice accommodation 😀

I did not remember that we could here the noise of the trafic from the main street last time. But it was really loud this time. With earplugs it is okay to sleep. The breakfast and dinner was much better I expected

The sortiment is not huge but food is nice. The lake Balaton is really close by walk. Best experience was the massage. All in all we still like the place

Nice location, friendly staff, nice rooms.

I don’t usually write opinions but I can’t go without a word for development! We were for the first time last year and we were so pleased that this year we chose this hotel as well

The only thing that bothered us was a total lack of information in at least English tempting e-menu for dinner? Sure, if you speak Hungarian. But the place was good overall

The breakfast was good, especially the cake was very delicious, not even beat to make up. I can filter mainly from the fact that my very picky child lived well every night

When we arrived again with our almost 2-year-old little girl, I was surprised that instead of last year’s small play corner, there was a larger playroom

The staff was not unknown, most of them were familiar from last year and they brought the same maximum and kindness as when we first visited here

The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16

Extremely kind and friendly staff. They were helpful in everything. We arrived at the accommodation by bicycle. Secure bicycle locking option. Very delicious dinner and breakfast. The rooms they are clean and very cozy

Soup with spaghetti is amazing. Pizza is so-so but children were happy :) 5) not big but clean and light rooms Totally we were enjoyed with this nice place :) Unfortunately i found that didn't take enough photos:(

We've been here several times and we've always been satisfied, and we've returned home with good experiences. Kind, helpful staff. Nicely renovated rooms. Overall, a cozy accommodation.

The mattress is very comfortable. They were also flexible about the time of departure. We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay here for several more days

We were here only one night but received only positive emotions

Nice place, with a really fine sauna and steam cabin. The rooms are big enough with nice cubboards. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which can be problematic in summer

It deserves five stars in every way! Quiet pleasant place, clean room, nice staff! Thank You! One suggestion: a mop would be useful in the bathroom to mop up the water so the tiles don't stay wet!

Extremely kind and hospitable service, beautiful clean room every day. They are readily available for any request. It was our second time here and we will continue to be returning guests

The staff were friendly, helpful, and quite relaxed about having 35 students in the hotel, playing in the game room until late evening. We felt welcomed and treated well as guests

Older hotel, but with renovated rooms. Large private parking outside. Conditions were good and the staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was also good.

Nice place that will teach you that luxury is much different than elegant furniture and a very small portion of food for dinner. It is a state of being.

I was here for a mathematical psychology seminar, and we were very well taken care of at Jogar Hotel

The best hotel for seminars. The food is perfect.

the staff is kindly polite for breakfast with a delicious wide selection. Because unfortunately my feet are sick I was glad that there is an elevator only to the room had to go down stairs which was strenuous

Before booking I inquired by phone in this direction and got a reassuring answer. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is impeccable. The room is also suitable for all areas

I pretty much got what I paid for. Decent breakfast selection, good location, WIFI in the rooms. - The rooms could be cleaned better.

Nice place, has it's own bathtub, the food is good there and the rooms are ok for its price.

This hotel seems abandoned at the moment and it seems to be for sale. If you feel like buying a hotel this is your chance.

Good family hotel with nice large garden and swimming pool.

The only reason I'm giving the hotel a rather generous 4-star rating is its beach, which is pretty dang good for the cheap entry fee of 1-2 euros max, especially when considering that you can rent a wide variety of boats there, too

Retro hotel with a beautiful huge garden right at the lakeside of the Balaton and one of the best views to the lake and to the hills of Tihany. If the buildings were renovated and refurbished, I would fully recommend it

The decoration is awful from the inside as well as from the outside, or rather the lack of it. Looks like it's never been renovated in the past 60 years

The breakfast was okay, the dinner was quite delicious, maybe except the cakes. Nice service and kind personnel

Very correct and clean. But it’s a time travel, the real Hungarian retro :) we liked it. The garden is very pretty and has got a private, clean beach

Really old fashioned and basic. Ideal for just staying the night and a quick dip in the lake but don't expect more
