Amazing view of Balaton, clean rooms (Deluxe) on the 5. floor, nice, helpful staff, glutenfree meals. Pleasant environment, many green plants, trees around the hotel, wellness possibilities, the possibility of renting electric bike.

Clean, tidy Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great food. The hotel park is nice and tidy. Lots of activities. Excellent hiking and cycling opportunities.The Wellnes can be used from 7 am. The area has a lot to offer, with great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Clean hotel, complete services, very warm rooms, spa is also very clear. In half board accomodation choices where relatively limited but very tasty. parking is charged extra although there is no alternative.

If you are ortending to he 4star hotel, there are couple of basic terms you need to state for. 1.Coffie machine can be with kettle,but not stand alone 2.Furniture has to be comfortable. 3.Bath utilites 4.Safe box Bath robs given in the lobby is 20th century(under signature) 1 bottle of water... Nice location and one of a kind furniture. Nice breakfast. But: full of spiders, rooms are not cleaned. We were hearing animals in the night walking through the attic (maybe rats). For four days not a single room service/cleaning. Wondering why they charge 25€ p. night for small pet. On second day there water started floating from the window into my room and they gave us towels to put under the window...

Beautiful location first of all! The “front desk” was hard to find because it was within one of the buildings in the quad. Very local and simple. Our room had spiders which wasn’t very comforting but other than that, it was a clean room.

Just be aware when booking non refundable that having paid you may then have to pay extra for pets,parking and ground floor rooms which is not inexpensive. The hotel says all the info is provided but seems to miss the crucial point that the info gets provided drip by drip after paying and if it's not refundable you are stuffed.

The room is a historical house, and the room is very large because we want an inner and outer bedroom. The shower is powered by an electric water heater. It takes a while for one person to finish washing the other. Otherwise there is no hot water. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room. There are some problems with the facilities. Superb experience, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

A bit run down rooms but clean. The staff is extremely nice and professional, never had that level of real hospitality in a hotel. Great breakfast, evening snacks, salads and sandwiches are surprisingly tasty and nicely presented. Staying here feels like beeeing on an island of peace.

Very nice front desk staff, clean spacey room, 1 min walk to the Plage18 beach, good breakfast. Our room was very quiet what we really liked. Very convenient location if you'd like to run/cycle in the morning.

The location was pretty good, you will find a nice walk by the lake and some restaurants as well if you walk 100 meters from the hotel. We felt immediately very welcome. The staff was super nice and careful. It's a quiet area and family friendly. I recommend it a 100% and I would repeat the stay if coming back.

Good accommodation for staying for few days. The location is slightly far from the centre, so you should use a car, bicycle etc, when you want to go there. Or you can go by foot, but it's a little bit long way. You can park for free in front of the areal. The wi-fi signal is poor in the rooms, best signal is by the reception.

It was my 1st time to visit Club Tihany Bungalows. Location is really good, staff is nice, breakfast is tasty. The only thing I am not happy with that the bungalow did not seem perfectly cleaned which is really important specially during the covid. Also cobwebs must be removed. It is a good place for families. Good conditions of living. Air conditioning in every room, cleaning services on high level and cooking services as well-they were very helpful.

Modern, clean, bright. I came because of a running competition, the starting center of which was next door, so it is in a very good location. Diagonally Aldi, next to Tesco. The harbor is approx. It is 2 km away, which can be easily reached on foot on the pedestrian street.

Super basic accomodation. They are cheap comparing with the others but i won't tell you will love your stay here. Room and furniture are poor but they offer a bareakfast and nearest place to the balaton sound after camping areas. You can try this place in the festival time it takes 15 mins walking to the stages cheers! ✌🏼

Quite a lovely resort and the staff was wonderful. We were there before the busy season started so we almost had the place to ourselves. The indoor heated pools are magnificent with lots of jets and ways to sit / lounge and enjoy them.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. Hotel is about 12 min walk from the bus station. Few minutes walk to the lake Balaton and to the nearby shops. Rooms are good for the price. You have to come to the reception for anything you need. There is no elevator. Breakfast was very basic.

Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated.
