Thanks for the accomodation, we met with a helpful and cooperative staff from the beginning. We stayed for 2 nights, the bufet has wide selection, prices are not crazy at all! Rooms are equipped as well. Thanks again, we will come back!

There is a perfect hotel, the sauna is good, there is a separate sauna seance, they cook gently and the surroundings are beautiful.

I came here with my son and wife to spend a weekend away from the city. I couldn't expect more from a 3 star hotel. (Summer price is a little bit higher than winter...expectable). Rooms are good. The hotel is beautiful. The mens at the entrance are very friendly, they speak English. However, the people working in the restaurant barely understood the room number in English. The first day at dinner no one asked us for drinks, the second day at dinner the lady asked us for drink after we finished eating. The service in the restaurant could be much friendlier. A great hotel in terms of location, services, food, and the workers are very cooperative. The rooms are very clean. A suitable swimming pool and a view of natural scenery. It is very suitable for families and children. There is nothing to complain about.

Room is good. Bathroom small. Reception ok. The lady was friendly. Bar and restaurant ok. The young lady who was working in the bar and the restaurant was top. She knows what hospitality is! Great!

It is a good hotel with quiet and air-conditioned rooms. The air-conditioning is a bit weird, though, as it is located in the bathroom. The food is very good and you can take as much as you want. The welness is very good also. The parking is too small for the amount of rooms they have. The hotel has its own private beach，the decoration is very classy, the breakfast is very rich. The manager IIdiko is very kind. always smiling, always ready to help you with any problem.

We arrived in one of the worst thunder storms in living memory and they were outside waiting to help us in with our bags! The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast had something for everyone. The staff spoke either English or German. There was a children's playground just down the road on the waterfront. We were here only one night but received only positive emotions. The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16....

All and all pretty good. Food is average but not bad. Rooms are budget friendly. So you get what you pay for but my days the location is ridiculously good. I would say it's worth it.

the staff is kindly polite for breakfast with a delicious wide selection.Because unfortunately my feet are sick I was glad that there is an elevator only to the room had to go down stairs which was strenuous.Before booking I inquired by phone in this direction and got a reassuring answer. . The cleanliness of the whole hotel is impeccable. The room is also suitable for all areas.

I pretty much got what I paid for. Decent breakfast selection, good location, WIFI in the rooms. - The rooms could be cleaned better.

I was here for a mathematical psychology seminar, and we were very well taken care of at Jogar Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quite relaxed about having 35 students in the hotel, playing in the game room until late evening. We felt welcomed and treated well as guests. Everything was clean and the food was… memorable. I highly recommend

Well, if you are around this magic side of the Balaton, it is definitely a must. All local ingredients and prime quality service and preparation.

Nice place that will teach you that luxury is much different than elegant furniture and a very small portion of food for dinner. It is a state of being.

Beautiful and clean hotel with outdoor pool and free sauna. Lake is 5-7 min from here. Staff were very nice and polite. Highly recommend. Only downside was there was no mosquito net in our room during mid July.

I spent a night here, the location is beautiful. There is a pool outside, we were able to use it during night, there is also a sauna. The breakfast was good as well.

This was our second time here. I did not remember that we could here the noise of the trafic from the main street last time. But it was really loud this time. With earplugs it is okay to sleep. The pool was great. Little bit cold. Very nice staff. The breakfast and dinner was much better I expected. The sortiment is not huge but food is nice. The lake Balaton is really close by walk. We re-visited this hotel again in August. The staff was nice and this time our room was in the main building. We enjoyed this room much better that staying in the new wing in June.

We stayed at Tihany Yacht Club two nights in June. The staff was nice, parking was easy. Our room was very clean, facing Lake Balaton. Breakfast was OK but be prepared if you to go after 9:30, there is hardly anything left...

The room was lovely, nice, big and clean. The food was good but a limited choice. Private secured parking, superb WiFi and an absolutely fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful by day, listening to the waves roll onto the rocks and atmospheric at night with the lighting around the area. Lovely big area for the dog too!

This is at least the 5th consecutive year when we go to this hotel - sometimes more than ones a year. Very good spa, not only sybolic, excellent restaurant, even for us, vegetarians, very kind personell, who are always helpful an flexible. And very good prizes too. We are very satisfied - that is for why go there again and again.

We return to Club Tihany every year for our company’s team-building sports day. The location is truly ideal for large group events. The venue offers a big space and plenty of space for activities such as dragon boating, laser tag, beach volleyball, football and many other sports. It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free.

Clean hotel, complete services, very warm rooms, spa is also very clear. In half board accomodation choices where relatively limited but very tasty. parking is charged extra although there is no alternative.

Not bad, but expensive. The playhouse and the adventure pool are not connected to the hotel, so if it's cold it's unpleasant to walk through the yard. It's not designed for Hungarians and has non-Hungarian prices, they spoke English at the reception. The foreigners are aggressive compared to us, they push everywhere. My daughter waited two days for body painting, then they got it done in 3 minutes...

What we really liked was the playhouse and the water world. In the cool area, there is a waterslide complex just for kids. The water is pleasantly heated, and the jacuzzi is warm. The entire hotel is modern and newly built, and the rooms are practically furnished with a bathtub, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The animation staff (young female animators) do their best to entertain the children...

The hotel is quite nice but definitely not 5* hotel. We have a junior suite with a view. Room is nice but there is no dishes and they did not changed our dirt sheet in three days, they took our small towels, but did not give new. The treasure hunt for Halloween was disaster, not enough sweets and kids were so disappointed. Should be improved.

I didn't actually stay here but I had it booked back in June. I was going to Balaton sound festival. I didn't realise that there was no way to drive from Tihany to Zamardi, that you had to get a ferry. Anyway, I was super stressed and they cancelled both my room and my friend's room free of charge. Very grateful for this. Thank you again.

A wonderful smaller hotel, that invites you to relax and be present. It has a warm, sensuous atmosphere. Love is put into the details. The breakfast buffet is not a large machine like you see in big tourist hotels. On the other hand, there is a delicious breakfast menu selected with care and awareness. Good service. The cocoa machine was broken, and the waiter immediately made a homemeade hot chocolate...

Run by owners, cozy, aparthotel. Our apartment (family 2+3) was enormous. Small pool and sauna/jacuzzi makes it the perfect spot for couple of days relax stay. And Tihany itself is one of the most picturesque place in Balaton area.

Staff very nice, although we stopped just to have drinks. Lots of tables outside. The nearby road is not too loud. Well kept, quiet, fashionable, including the choice of the music (largely raeggae), not too loud.

The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet. Nevertheless we choose to have a good time. Location is amazing.

Nice place with a nice view. Only problem is with the little parking space and the wellness which closes at 19:00, so if you expect to relax after all day on water you will be quite upset with its early closure. Waitress was very kind.
