Azúr 4* was very fine, room was perfect (1st building, 2nd floor) and clean, safe and capsule coffee machine and water boiler available in the room. It is a nice modern hotel, with a very kind staff, good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Lots of entertainment opportunities. The only downside of things is that you have to pay for drinks at supper time even as a hotel guest. In most hotels I have stayed at drinks were always included in the price.

A nice and wonderful family hotel. Advantages: The wellness area is very neat and clean. The saunas are large and diverse. We really liked the park, private beach and the friendly swan 🦢. Very good hotel service but rooms too small for a 4* hotel. The bathroom also lacked liquid soap at the sink. Sensational spa area, several pools and jacuzzi. Many saunas. Water in the pools 30-32 C. Good food for breakfast and dinner.

My family and I were there in March 2025 for a conference and we really liked it. The amenities were great. The food was always professionally prepared and delicious with some variety. We had an easy time using the extra features like the sauna and the bowling alley and such.

We stayed for 5 nights in the new wing. The room was great — large and spacious. What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. With a baby, this was extremely dangerous, we constantly had to watch to make sure it wouldn’t fall on him. The room had a kitchen, oven, and washing machine, but no plates, cutlery, or detergent. ...

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

A quiet, comfortable place ,10 minutes from the centre by walk. The food is amazing!

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

Overall it was an okay stay. Didn't get the room with the balcony, even though I specifically asked for it. Also didn't get to use the wellness area as it was completely full (mostly kids). Was hard to get a table for dinner/breakfast. The food was decent, expected a bit more to be honest. Not sure I would stay there again.

We had a great time. The staff is very nice, the room is nice and clean, the food is very delicious, varied and tasty. There is one negative, we had to wait for a rest bed in the wellness area because it was all taken. There should be more beds. A great hotel and a wonderful venue for the annual English Teachers' Conference. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, and beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the restaurant is quite decent. On top of that, the location is very convenient and easy to reach!

It was my third stay there - I love the place. Handsome rooms with pretty bathrooms, convenient place for different occasions, and the best thing about the hotel is the staff and the restaurant - everybody wants you to be satisfied with everything, and the food is super - delicious. The spa is also cool.

Staying at this hotel near Lake Balaton was truly a pleasure. Its location, close to Siofok's city center, is perfect for relaxation. The spa, though small, features excellent saunas, and the staff is both kind and attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful autumn retreat!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. SPA is very nice. It has bio, finish, and infrared sauna + steam room and pool. The room is big and without a terrace but with a balcony. You can't set the temperature in the room or turn on the heater in the bathroom. Hence, I gave 4 stars. The food is good and all waiters and cooks are friendly. The best hotel for local and international guests who want to have a lovely relaxing luxurious holiday. Rooms carefully cleaned regularly, food is exceptional, the staff is always so friendly and kind and helps in case of need during the day or night. The rooms are modern, recently renovated and spacious. It was truly a lovely holiday and highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Itt was an amazenig place and people.

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here, the rooms are super cosy and vibey. The facilities here are placed well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Balaton while relaxing. I can honestly say even after 2 nights here I feel refreshed and pampered. One of the staff members, Lia was so friendly and accommodating too which really enhanced how pleasant this destination is.

Room was nice. An arm chair for my husband would have been good since ge sleeps in an armchair. Lake view was very nice

The place is super, beautiful clean rooms wonderful lakefront with own access to boats and fantastic jacutti. Loved it, i can recommend it fully. Food was also nice and sow as the service. They were kind and attentive. I would be happy to viair again.

Dear hotel, clean, clean house.

I spent a weekend here with my family and I really liked this place. It is especially good that it is homely, but still modern and I really liked it, the environment gives the impression of a garden city at first glance, I could even reach the beach within a few minutes on foot. For the first time, I was afraid of the common bathroom, but every day I found it as clean as if it had never been used....

We had a lot of fun. The accommodation was clean, helpful host, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful, friendly and relaxing atmosphere, the staff always available and helpful. Delicious breakfast. You always get a smile and in case of any emergency - a helping hand. Fully recommend from the ❤️

Good location, nice and cozy family owned hotel. Restaurant is right on the first floor, Balaton is very close if You want to have a nice swim or walk by. Free parking, friendly staff. Hostess speaks also english, which is very good actually as it is not so common in Hungary by my experience.

Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible. The food was delicious and he even allowed us to increase our stay with no notice. Thank you to everyone that works here and the service we received it made our stay very enjoyable. 😁

We stopped for lunch and the restaurant service was perfect, the stuff was kind and their local menus were delicious and so tasty.

Great hotel, clean, it offers good selection of food, big enough wellness. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. One recommendation is to provide potable water at sounas, as it is essential to stay hydrated. Otherwise, all great, thank you

The hotel is fine. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff were all very helpful. Massages were great. My only criticism would be that it is a noisy hotel. The halls do little to dampen the noise from passers by and running children. Still for the price it was suitable.

We've been coming to this hotel several times already, but only last year discovered they had a huge apartment/suite on the third floor. Since then we have turned into absolute *******. The suite offers a huge living room with several sofas, a run-around balcony/terrace, and an ensuite whirlpool. Central to siofok, next to the station. Lovely quirky rooms, amazing wellbeing centre with sauna, steamroom, pool and hot tub! Very reasonably priced too!

Staff is friendly but do have little English so could not help. And did not have information. Free Coffee available all day. Room was not cleaned Aircondition did not work - Room was too hot. Answer was "AC is turned to heat already" ... No option to.open windows. Breakfast was OK Spa is small but OK.

Perfectly lovely stay. Probably not as upmarket as the website makes out - a lot of the facilities feel like they haven’t been updated in 20 years or so. But all perfectly usable and clean, and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (and almost all spoke perfect English, and which was a pleasant surprise). Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties...

We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late.

Room Otherwise everything was OK. But the air conditioning in the room was so bad. The room was humid and warm. I heard that many rooms have the same problem.

Nice lokation just by the lake. Very big pool and a jacuzzi. Nice food and friendly service.

Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port. But food after 2 yers went to really average :-( We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good. We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it. We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast...

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.
