We stayed for 5 nights in the new wing. The room was great — large and spacious. What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. With a baby, this was extremely dangerous, we constantly had to watch to make sure it wouldn’t fall on him. The room had a kitchen, oven, and washing machine, but no plates, cutlery, or detergent. The staff was very kind, and the playroom was well-equipped. The indoor pool, however, was small and overcrowded. What was truly terrible was the dining situation. During breakfast and dinner, it took 15–20 minutes just to find a free table — a nightmare with kids. The hotel was expanded, but the wellness area and restaurant weren’t adjusted accordingly — it was awful. The staff tried to react quickly, but we still had to wait 15–20 minutes in long lines just to get a table. Even though dining is scheduled in shifts, it didn’t help at all. Oh, and it’s supposed to be a family-friendly hotel, but don’t even try moving around with a stroller — there are stairs everywhere. Honestly, I just don’t get it. That’s why I gave it 3 stars, and frankly, I think that’s all it deserves. Calling it a 4-star hotel feels like a stretch compared to other places with the same rating. Unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson.

We had a great time. The staff is very nice, the room is nice and clean, the food is very delicious, varied and tasty. There is one negative, we had to wait for a rest bed in the wellness area because it was all taken. There should be more beds. The massage is also very good, you don't have to talk, that's important to me. The prices are not outrageous, not even in the bar. In the restaurant, the tables are so tight in 1-2 places that you can't sit in the inner half, the tables should be a little more airy. But all in all, everything is fine. We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful, smiling, the restaurant had a rich choice and delicious food. As in any other place, there are minor flaws, but they do not reduce the value of living and resting there. Thank you for everything! 😊

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

Overall it was an okay stay. Didn't get the room with the balcony, even though I specifically asked for it. Also didn't get to use the wellness area as it was completely full (mostly kids). Was hard to get a table for dinner/breakfast. The food was decent, expected a bit more to be honest. Not sure I would stay there again.

Hotel supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but rooms are not matching with level of any 4 star I visited earlier. Breakfast and dinner options are limited, local foods only. Staff is very friendly and helpful but that doesn't change the fact hotel need to be renovated to match with with the 4 star.

The room was nice, the wellness area was small and average, but not bad. However the food was so disappointing! Breakfast had the cheapest foods, french toast hard as a rock. Lunch was the worst, we went one hour before the end of the lunch and they said they do not have the food we wanted anymore; so we ate the leftovers. No healthy options, only fatty and oily dishes. At one dinner we had some steamed veggies but no taste! Even the coffee is from a machine that gives horrible coffee. For a normal coffee of course you have to pay extra. To say that this is a four-star hotel is a joke!!!!!
