Hermina Panzio in Siofok

We received a free beer and lemonade when checking in but after that it all went downhill. The room was very dirty, like it has never been cleaned for a few weeks (spiderwebs and dust), the sheets were ripped and the blankets were dirty and stained. We found hair in the bed and on the pillow covers which were also dirty. When confronting the owners, instead of them offering to clean the room, the owner lady started swearing and saying racial slurs at us. We were told to leave and never come back to the place and “their” country. We received a refund but we did not have a place to stay for the night. I do not know how hotels are rated in Hungary but this place is definitely not 4 stars like in the description, even with a clean room this is more like a 2 star hotel.

Unserious owner, after I had booked the accommodation by phone from Marosvásárhely a few days before, upon arrival he said that he would not accept it because there was a broken pipe (I doubt it), he sent me to another accommodation place which was horrible, we did not accept it, so it was difficult for us to find another accommodation in Siófok due to the peak season.
