The hotel was right on the beach and my room had filtered water views with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t cater for gluten free so limited me to eggs. The coffee was good. Little English spoken amongst the staff but they did their best to understand. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend.

Great value for the money for out stay in January2025. Room are bigger than average and location is excellent, right on the lake. Very good coffee during breakfast!

The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). We had a balcony with beach facing view which was peaceful and great!

The near by hotel must be better maintained, especialy the beach. The personnel was very friendly. The parking is a bit far away, but safe. The hotel is in the midle of all commercial, restaurants, bars, etc

This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. Hotel is clean and friendly. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group.

Great location with its own beach! Rooms are with terrace and comfortable but should be refurbished. The AC is paid separately (€10) and very efficient but a bit noisy. Great breakfast! In summary: a very decent 3* hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in the new wing. The room was great — large and spacious. What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. With a baby, this was extremely dangerous, we constantly had to watch to make sure it wouldn’t fall on him. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

Don't judge a book by its cover This hotel may be old school with dated decoration but it is spotless. The rooms are clean, the beds are new and comfortable and the staff is helpful. The location is quiet, but close to the beach (5 min), and about a 15-minute walk from restaurants and small stores. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.

It's close to the lake. However, if you don't have a car, it's hard to get there from the train station. Although there is a bus line, there are only around 3 or 4 buses in the afternoon. There is a pool and a hot tub on the ground floor. Its nice to unwind there. The breakfast is good too.

Clean place, nice garden, walls quite thin but this seems to be a standard thing in this area of lake Balaton. The apartment has the strict necesities except a wine opener. The mattress would need an upgrade, the sleep hasn't been quite pleasant.
