Best Hotels in Gyor

Good beds, a really generous breakfast buffet, and just a stone's throw from the city center. Definitely recommended.

Located in the town centre, a short walk from railway station. Good choice for breakfast. Room functional, just bathroom was compact.

Really comfortable hotel at a decent price. Handled our late check in (2am) without a blink of the eye and breakfast was spot on. Highly recommend A++++

At breakfast, there was quite a good choice of food, I didn't eat a cooked meal but my husband said that the hot food was fine

Next stay booked at a very short notice. Even during high season the price/quality ratio is basically unbeatable. From the check-in until check-out, the staff, the room, the breakfast

The room was large, spacious, and clean. The hotel's central location was very convenient for getting around. However, parking for guests was insufficient

Everything ok.Clean room, everything is in its right place- ergonomics are good.Bed is surprisingly good.Breakfast is excellent.Overall I would highly recommend for short excellent stays at a very decent price.

The staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. For breakfast, guest can choose between hot and cold options. Excellent value for Money.

Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff is very professional. Special thank to reception and also Petra from reservation.

Still keeps its standard. For a 3star property very good combination of efficiency, hospitality and comfort. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Parking. Just 5 min. walk from the grand Arkád shopping mall.

This is a very nice Ibis, indeed. Well located for the train-station and the city-centre. The room was really great for this price-range. The facilities are very good, including kitchen facilities available for guess

The hotel is in a good location, close to supermarkets and the city center, and it's easy to walk

The stuff is friendly, they speak English, it is easy to communicate. The rooms are clean, the furniture is in a good condition( looks almost new) I had a good rest over night

Super for my business trip, big parking and good WiFi, breakfast also pretty tasty,

Perfect stay Great hotel great staff great food nice room all good

We attended a conference for part of three days and found it to be clean and efficient, with all the necessary boxes checked. Pleasant staff and a good breakfast room on the fourth floor to start the day

Good business hotel. Comfortable and convenient. Right next to the Arkad Mall.

The first night I thought nobody will understand my English but surprisingly the lady in the reception speaks English, Hungarian, and Spanish

Best in Györ Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and walking to everything so easy. Staff knowledgeable and given recommendations for restaurants were amazing.

Lovely hotel , good restaurants near by, 10 min walk to main station

Great peaceful hotel . Really clean. Surrounded by all the shops and bars . 10 min walk from the main station, good breakfast . Staff friendly . Would certainly stay here again

Comfortable and quiet with a good breakfast

Nice hotel in the historical city centre Nicely refurbished hotel in the very centre of historical Gyor but still in calm neighbourhood. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It was clean and special requests such as an extra pillow were dealt with immediately

The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing

Overall, it is not as good as domestic hotels

Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big

Decent, clean, tasty, convenient We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked

The environment is quiet, there are shopping malls and 3 supermarkets nearby, and the hotel parking is free, which is quite convenient

The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep

Very good and quiet hotel . Excellent breakfast. I mean a five because service is very good, the rooms are quiet an very large. It is an old building with high ceilings.

We chose the hotel for one night because of the Christmas markets. Perfect proximity to the center and parking right in front of the hotel for 6€ per night. We had a completely sufficient breakfast (for us)

A wonderful historic building with great staff. All were engaging and pleased to talk. Breakfast was a treat and wide covered. The hotel is wonderfully situated in the historic sector of Gyor

It is well situated on the riverside in Gyor, a superb town that is well worth a visit. We were overwhelmed by the welcome and helpfulness of all staff

The room is spacious and scrupulously clean, the breakfast was well presented and prepared

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place

Wonderfully fresh mixed salad to start the meal - one of the best I’ve eaten in Hungary. It’s important to add some veggies to meals, as often they can be a little lacking in typical Hungarian cuisine

Nice restaurant in the heart of Győr, on a small island. The food is excellent, there is a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and the portions are big enough. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

Great place offering quality fish dishes. The daily lunch menu option is good if you are looking for a reasonable priced but quality lunch.

They make good steaks which is not common

Wonderful lication close to the center. Generous rooms with nice view. Pub at the ground floor very cozy with good food. Very good return for money. I'll visit again...

The food was good, although not a big portion for the price. Service is friendly. Overall I had a good time.

Very nice little hotel. Clean, fresh rooms. Excellent and service minded staff. On the downside: a bit difficult to find the entrance... it's located on the back side of the hotel.

We stayed in Gjör for one night. Although we made a mistake when booking the room, we weren't charged extra. The staff corrected it for us. The hotel is very central, not far away from the parking.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Barokk Hotel in Győr for one night, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the hospitality. Even though our stay was brief, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome

First option in Gyor! Great location in old town. Staff is pleasent and helpfull. They reat you with big attention. Breakfast is quality. Public parking garage is close to the hotel. Every recomendation for this hotel!

Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother

Parking is so close it is not a problem at all not having it at the hotel itself. Can’t wait to come back again! Best staff ever!!

Approximately 18 minutes walk to the city centre. Accessible parking after passing through the gate - a big plus. Breakfast was sufficient for me. There was everything I wanted, the rooms were clean, neat

Clean hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Paid parking, but secure and spacious. Reception open 24/7, and the reception staff speaks English. The city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Great place to stay to travel anywhere. Spa facility is a plus and private parking provides easy access.

Very nice hotel and professional staff. Playground in front of hotel.

I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trips to Gyor!

Decent hotel and offer sauna is a plus. Included breakfast is also great. Walking stairs with luggages is no fun.

As a traveler who loves to swim, this was an excellent choice. As business traveler, the most important is the relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive!

We are quite surprised. This is one of the best stay in Gyor. Highly recommend and we will definitely inform our friends of this hotel.

A good place to stay, quiet, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, good food, Amazing staff. I surely recommend.

The beds were also good and everything was clean. The price per night included the use of all amenities mentioned above, except the massages, that you had to pay extra

Hotel located in a sport centre area. Simple but cozy and clean. Good food at the restaurant. Rooms are large. Soundproofing could be improved.

Lovely stay. Great facilities. Greag staff too !

The location was not import for me so i could not comment , the room was clean but dated , it did not affect my stay, value for money , it was very good, no noise , the spa was a bonus The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble , breakfast was ample

It was a real pleasure staying at your hotel. Was clean with kind people and a good quality. I wish you all the best and I will come back soon. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic hotel! Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good spa!

The room was very clean and warm. The reception is 24 hours occupied and the service was very good. The young man at the front desk tried hard to find me a place to eat late in the night on a week day

Tasty barbecue restaurant (we decided to dine there), amazing draft beer, even a cherry beer on draft. Good quality, highly diverse continental breakfast

They have a good parking place with cameras just outside the hotel. Next time I shall try the SPA as well

Excellent hotel staff very helpful. Food is always top quality. This is my 3rd stay.

Were visiting family and spent the night here on both the outward and return journey. We had superior rooms in the new part of the hotel. Nice spacious room and excellent bathroom

That turned out not to be necessary, because the hotel has an excellent kitchen. It is quickly accessible from the highway. We deliberately returned here on the way back

The hotel has a closed parking lot behind the building. It is located in a residential area, so you will not encounter a restaurant while walking

Really nice hotel but has a small parking area inside the property. Also it’s a bit hard to find, the GPS past by the hotel and I was not able to find it until I saw a hidden sign with the hotels name.

Perfect place for visiting Győr. Very nice host, charming and clean interior. Very good location

Comfortable, nice, the rooms have enogh space, the bathroom is new and clean. The atmosphere is good. Breakfast is good, too

Good location, garage is nearby. Small room for breakfast. Pleasant service.

Great little chalet style hotel in the middle of Gyor. Manageress was incredibly hospitable with a bunch of teenagers and small children rolling into the place at 9pm. Rooms are clean, warm and tidy

Charming little traditional hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit with limited English. Rooms very warm and comfortable with new bathrooms. Very pleasant!

Very cute little family-run hotel. The rooms exhibit some hints of the city's Baroque-style and the breakfast is incredible. It's very close to the city center too

A fantastic boutique hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Cleanliness is spot on.

Nice hotel with good price near the center

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff :) the only con - there is noise on the street on school days - parents drop their children off at school (choose a room with windows to the garden)

The room was clean, stylish and super comfortable! Room 303 has an incredible bathtub, makes the room extra special! Staff was super kind and late check out made our day even better! I would highly recommend this place, it was such a great experience!

This is a small place with maybe 10 rooms. It's much nicer than bigger hotels. The room was really nice, breakfast is included but made to order instead of buffet

The hotel is on a quiet street but the city center is within walking distance. Private parking behind a gate is available

Secure The location of this hotel was excellent a short walk into town and 20 mins walk to the river.I ride a motorbike and the parking was secure

I can’t comment on the breakfast, as we chose to have it in the city, but overall, it’s a good place to consider for your stay

We spent a night in Győr to visit the town and a nearby village. Hotel is located around the corner from the train station but in a quiet neighborhood. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful

We stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel while visiting my mother who lives a couple house down the street. Everything was impeccable clean and important to mention it has been fully renovated

WE got breakfast in the small and charming restaurant space in the bottom. The eggs was made to order as well as the coffee. We couldn't be more happier and definitely return in our next visit

Got snowed in from a storm on the highway and needed to find a last minute place to stay that also accepted our little dog. Friendly staff and nice clean hotel. Would recommend staying there.

This hotel is a gem, super clean, large rooms, good breakfast. The front desk stuff speaks English, very polite and solution oriented. If we are in the area we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

I spent last two nights in the hotel, and it was absolutely great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and calm hotel. Rich breakfast buffet. I can recommend this hotel, would definitely come back :)

Sometimes the best part of a hotel stay are the hosts. Very welcoming and accomodating. There were renovations going on during my stay but this did not detract at all. Very clean, quiet and convenient to the town centre.

Reiseglad pensjonist Nice hotel in the center of Gyor

This hotel has a pleasant style, it is located in the old building yet with a modern look, nice furniture, clean bathroom, good breakfast

Close to Gyor's attractions Very good hotel close to the old city center, not far from the railway station

Only a 10 minute walk to the station and city centre. In the morning they are serving a good breakfast. You can park the car at a private parking place

Great value for the money. Cheaper if booked online. Strong wifi ang excellent parking yard. Pretty close to city center.

Nice, clean place, near to the City Center. Excellent breakfast.

Small friendly hotel, located about ten minutes walk from centre. Good choice for breakfadt, which starts at 06:00 everyday.

The room was not great but of course good. The bed was a little bit hard and its not one big bed there are two single bed put together

A lovely and welcoming hotel experience! The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting. Breakfast offered a generous variety of options, thoughtfully adapted for both adults and children — truly something for every taste

We've been here for Valentine's day menu and the food was excellent. Best was the main course, they really know what to do with meat. But the best part of the whole experience by far was the gentleman who was our server

Amazing service, delicious food in good quantity, close to the old center, clean and well maintained rooms, staff speaking perfect English

Best server we ever met, even though we don't speak hungarian. We really recommend this restaurant

The meal was also great, but not the best I've eaten. My biggest complaint is the restroom, because I found it really small for a building this huge. I recommend the place to try!

I am staying in this hotel and dining in the restaurant for over 5 years. Here I find real Hungarian hospitality, no matter how late I arrive at night. Very friendly owners and staff, great food

Moreover, we bought vouchers in February and due to the COVID crisis we had to change the date of our accommodation 3 times. And the staff communicated with us with great patience and respect

5 star Best hotel safe and clean owner very good person family business and very wilcome

Very good familly hotel at walking distance from Gyor downtown. Very clean rooms and environment. The check in was a little bit long as the receptionist was new in this position and was not speaking easily englush

Nevertheless we have received good support to print our train tickets. Very good ration price vs quality

Nice hotel, the beds are the best I have had in a long time.

Very nice clean and good price

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Bakery next door, and a bar across the road. With Secure walled Car park

Nice host. Clean and nice rooms. Free parking place. Good value for the money. Excellent location for one night stop while traveling to western Europe. I definitely recommend.

Good night sleep and good breakfast and coffee.

Nice host and Goodyear breakfast

Kind and professional staff on duty. Breakfast not terrible. Rooms clean. Not within walking distance to the city center but in perfect location for travelers on their cars.

Great place to stay, the owner went over and beyond for us. Perfect place to stay, highly recommended

Again pet hate unmanned Hotel. Says restaurant as a facility but does not exist. This is why I booked here so big let down. Lots of driving only to discover I have to drive again to find food.
