I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

If you wanna have the closest and most comfortable room to the lake then you found it.

Lovely complex over a lake. Being English, it was a bit surreal to my girlfriend and I. Seems very popular with older people, but was generally very pleasant and relaxing experience. Michelin-starred cuisine Service, staff, cleanliness, treatment and therapeutic care, everything is simply perfect! And the food: if a buffet restaurant could be given Michelin stars, this chef would have to get it! Simply Michelin-starred cuisine and service! We'll be back next year!

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very extensive and there was a large selection. We were less satisfied with the evening buffet. There is room for improvement.

No reviews since 2018 . . . let's update things in November 2023. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated and is worthy of a four star rating. The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. HOWEVER . . . . whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff...

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

We liked everything about this property. This is not our first time at this hotel and we are happy coming back to it year after year.

The hotel is excellent, very welcoming, with good food, a beautiful location, and kind and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the wellness area is absolutely inadequate, and the sauna area is terrible, as everyone does what they want, with no supervision or information on proper use, including hygiene, of the area.

Excellent location in the center of Heviz, warm welcome at the reception, culinary symphony. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, saunas, massages. I recommend it to everyone.

This is a fairly standard hotel in a resort town; don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's an excellent selection of saunas available to all guests. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes, including options to suit your diet.

The exterior wasn't great, but the rooms were remodeled and I was very satisfied. The menu changed slightly every day, which was nice. I wish there were more activities in the kids' room.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the location, the food, the cleanliness. I didn't like the treatment, especially the mud therapy. The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! I haven't been so disappointed with treatment in a long time

The hotel is located in a hot spring town, not very popular. Many restaurants and hotels are closed. There is only a church where you can take pictures. The hotel has its own swimming pool and hot spring, which opens at 7 am and closes at 8 pm.

A hotel I never imagined. The breakfast and dinner were great. The indoor hot spring exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go there again next time.
