Negative:
- Even with full board, drinks are not included at lunch or dinner, not even water
- The spa is not very well maintained, and the jacuzzi is fine only if you’re the only person in the whole spa
- The water pressure in the bathroom is very, very weak and bathroom has kind a bad smell
- Our room faced a very busy street, so if you’re a light sleeper, you can’t keep the window open at night
- The air conditioning is not the best
In the end, I personally wouldn’t rate this hotel as 4 stars, but it would pass as a good 3-star hotel!
He was very helpful, reliable, and pleasant — he really did his best.
