She practically threw our access cards in our faces! During our many travels, whether in Hungary or elsewhere in the world, we have NEVER been so poorly received! It's truly shameful and a shame, given that the rest of the staff is truly welcoming and helpful, and everything else was impeccable

It's a shame there's no kettle or coffee maker in your room. But the only BIG negative point is Renata's welcome at reception on the day of our arrival (August 15th). We clearly felt like we were bothering her

We stayed in the hotel for one night during our cycle tour from Vienna to Budapest. Warm welcoming, friendly service, nice & big room, clean, excellent breakfast

Very nice hotel in a nice setting. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with kitchenette. We could put our bicycles in a garage. Not inexpensive, but we had a great stay and thought it was a good value

Wellness is a bit ridiculous - the sauna only switches on on request and you must wait at least 20 minutes for it to warm up, only two water beds

The thermal baths are clean, excellently designed, everything is close. 2 restaurants, one fast food, the other classic food (you have to go to the back of the thermal baths). Very nice decoration, sculptures, paintings

Very modern Thermal & Spa, with many pools with water between 35 and 38 degrees. You have 2 restaurants and a bar inside. The price is cheap, 5250 Huf. Recommend it for weekend getaway with family of friends.

Maybe it doesn't even have a fixed time and you have to look out for it. This is a big minus, but it does not spoil the overall impression. - they have thermal baths written until 8:00 p

In the warmest pool there is even a chess board and playing stones. great idea! Disadvantage: - I was surprised that they don't have a schedule of when they open the hot tubs and jets

The breakfast was sufficient, there was a selection and they kept replenishing it. Unfortunately, the coffee is more acidic. Access to the thermal baths right down the stairs

But the staff was very nice, attentive, and the hotel in all respects was very nice. Of four different night stays (Germany, Hungary, Italy and Liechtenstein) this was the best balance of cost and amenities

This place has a unique decorative style. The painting of the priest and the whale. However the rooms are warm and clean and breakfast had a great choice. If you like "unique" then it won't disappoint

Beautifully located surrounded by Nature, Hotel Panorama was our 1 night stop on our way further east. The room was simple, but very fair regarding the price we paid

The breakfast-buffet which was included in the price was plenty and fresh. Dogs are welcomed which is a huge plus for us

The hotel is a bit out of the way on a river. The rooms are old but clean, the bathroom was fine too. The staff speak English and German and were very accommodating. Breakfast was great with a large selection

Clean and beautiful hotel with an outdoor pool. Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful service. I'm sure I'd like to see you again.

The only thing I think they could maybe improve is the breakfast, maybe including some pancakes ou pastries, and also having ice available because some mornings were really hot
