Good food
Perfect location
We were charged higher price for "take away" than for "eat in" and also billed service charge which is ridiculous as they do not give you any extra service as you do not take place at any table.
Did not receive any apology for not being informed about different prices for exactly same menu before ordering. And been rudely asked to be nicer by the receptionist when requesting to get money back.
I recommend to give your staff proper training in customer service and foreign languages (as it was our experience that your staff was talking about us in Hungarian in front of us, which is very rude)
Also get professional translation of the menu with explanation what can be expected from eat in and take away option.
At least, the food was nice, nothing spectacular. We had street food burger and kind of fish and chips (unfortunately with small bones)

The rooms got everything you needed.
Outside your find a nice green garden whit many kinds of plants, flowers and a rich wild animal life.
Everything is taking care of, and there’s nice and clean everywhere.
Wellness is a bit ridiculous - the sauna only switches on on request and you must wait at least 20 minutes for it to warm up, only two water beds. The massage was fine.
