The evening meal is delicious and varied. Breakfast is also delicious.
The two ladies at reception in the morning on the day of our departure were really kind and helpful.
The dining room and bar staff are very welcoming, especially Gary, who has a great sense of humor and speaks excellent English.

Access to the thermal baths is included, and they are magnificent.
Negative points:
Bathrobes are available, but you won't find them in your room. You have to ask for them at reception.
It's a shame there's no kettle or coffee maker in your room.
But the only BIG negative point is Renata's welcome at reception on the day of our arrival (August 15th). We clearly felt like we were bothering her. She practically threw our access cards in our faces! During our many travels, whether in Hungary or elsewhere in the world, we have NEVER been so poorly received! It's truly shameful and a shame, given that the rest of the staff is truly welcoming and helpful, and everything else was impeccable.
Wonderful experience, so enjoyable we went twice !
