Many improvements have been done, but my last visit was a bit dissapointing. The thermal pools were dirty, water was not too hot. The bubble jets not in operation. The entry fee is too high for the quality of service.

I just visit the Spa regularly, not the Hotel. Water and spa are excellent. Problem are visitors. To many pensioners from Czech Republic. You can't find the place in thermal Pool or the place for relax.

we just went to spa, we haven't been staying in the hotel but the spa was big dissapointment.. I found out in winter there is not much going on. there is only one big pool for swimming and one smaller one indoor ( i think originally there were different jacuzzi options and different water attractions but nothing but one worked when we were there and only 4 people in whole spa could enjoy them at the time.. they were switched on approximately every 30 min as well) there were two smaller warm outdoor pools but due to freezing weather nobody could enjoy them for too long.. so mostly everyone ended up in the one hot relaxing swimming pool . we were lucky we were there in evening and not many people were there anymore.

- i had high expectations for the wellness sauna part - it was being reconstructed for quite long time during reconstructions thr services were limited but price wasn't decreased
- after reconstructions, the sauna part looked similar than before, it was only moved to different location, finnish sauna was made bigger but still ... Smelly, no space and crowded place
-most importantly, the whole spa is missing ventilation so it smells and the space is making a claustrophobic impression

We went to SPA with kids in December, no staying. Overal, in winter it us a place for adults to chill, but kids were also playing inside in Jungle area. We enjoyed eventually, though it was hard to orient at first, at register they give the chip with assigned locker, not that you xan chose. The restaurants are good to eat.

Overall, the water quality is quite poor, but the place called "Gold Spa" is especially terrible. You can see clumps of hair and flakes of dead skin floating in the water, making it impossible to step in with your eyes open. I went first thing in the morning, right after they opened, yet there were still things floating in the water, which clearly indicates that they don't clean it at all. It also seems like they don't have a proper water filtration system. I've never seen a spa this disgusting before. This place makes me never want to visit a spa again.

"I recently visited **Flexum Thermal and Spa**, and while the spa itself was decent, everything else about the experience was highly disappointing. Firstly, the parking situation was incredibly frustrating. You can’t pay with a debit card — **only cash is accepted**. There’s an ATM nearby, but it charges a ridiculous **20% of the withdrawal amount**. When I asked the staff for help, they were extremely unhelpful and seemed **annoyed even to talk** or explain the situation. I also asked if they could help with changing money, but they **refused**.
The spa was fine, but the poor customer service and inconvenience around the parking payment completely soured the experience. **Would not recommend** if you're looking for a stress-free visit."

As a long time visitor that never had any problems, meet some issues last months. Please install security cameras to avoid theft of slippers and towels.

I recommend I was thrilled. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean large rooms. Peace at night. The breakfast was sufficient, there was a selection and they kept replenishing it. Unfortunately, the coffee is more acidic. Access to the thermal baths right down the stairs. The thermal baths are clean, excellently designed, everything is close. 2 restaurants, one fast food, the other classic food (you have to go to the back of the thermal baths). Nice environment. Very nice decoration, sculptures, paintings. You have to see. In the warmest pool there is even a chess board and playing stones. great idea! Disadvantage: - I was surprised that they don't have a schedule of when they open the hot tubs and jets. Maybe it doesn't even have a fixed time and you have to look out for it. This is a big minus, but it does not spoil the overall impression. - they have thermal baths written until 8:00 p.m., it's not true, they start ending before this hour to really close!

Never buy the Thai Massage there! They don't know what they are doing and they will damage your bones! We had to go to the Hospital to treat the spine of my mother after this!
