I had a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Celi. Although the hotel does not provide food or drinking water, its location is perfect as it is very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering both hot and cold water, which made the stay comfortable.
The service provided by the staff was really good they were polite, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you want a clean room, good service, and easy access to the beach.
Highly recommended for a peaceful, convenient, and budget-friendly stay!

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and walkable distance to the beach.
Cons: There was no car parking inside the hotel. Even though they had car parking space inside the facility they won't let us park the car. And they wont even help us to find a place to park we had to struggle for few hours to find car parking in a nearby common parking slot and we spent 1200 rs for the parking facility.
The staff won't help us to carry our luggage to our floor.
The room doesn't have a table and they don't even provide plates 🍽️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this hotel. Due to an unexpected flight cancellation caused directly by the airline, I informed the hotel immediately and requested a refund. Despite explaining the situation clearly and providing proof, the hotel refused to refund my booking.
This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially for a situation that was completely beyond my control. A reputable hotel should understand genuine travel disruptions and support its guests instead of holding on to their money unfairly.
Their customer service has shown no willingness to help, and this entire experience has been stressful and frustrating. I will not be booking with them again and would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this property.

I recently stayed at Celi Hotel, located near Calangute Beach, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a nice and peaceful location, away from the noise yet close enough to the beach. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind in Goa.

I stayed hear for two days and two night. Dirty pilow bad smelling blankets AC remote not available.
Don't trust on location mentioned in map.
This hotel is in very small size road behind parking area of calangte beach. Cab can not came in front of hotel easily.
They provide Tap water in plastic mug as drinking water not packed water bottle. It is just like guest house of 8 to 10 rooms.
Better way go for guest house of same service and cheap in price.
Don't take booking above Rs 1000.
Room were clean and AC was chill.
Also don't go room on 2nd floor.
It's of tin shed which gets to Hot.
You will be roasted although in full AC.
Don't trust on location mentioned in map.

It was nice room is clean but the check in and check out time should be vary depend on the customers time except this everything is perfect
