I asked them to do my laundry, and they later charged me 300 rupees. It's convenient that you can change the water for 20 rupees. The honking of car horns also stops around 11 pm.

It's important to note that check-in is until 6 PM and check-out is between 12 PM and 2 PM, which is different from other hotels. I arrived on a Friday (the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays), so I left my luggage there that day and went to the Taj Mahal the next morning (because the Taj Mahal has strict security checks and it's recommended to leave your luggage at the hotel). I felt the room was very clean. The shower didn't work (I might have just not known how to use it), but hot water came out of the tap, so it wasn't a problem if you used it correctly. The electrical outlets are not compatible with Japanese plugs, so you'll need to use a BF type plug. Agra in January is very cold, but a blanket was provided (which I appreciated, but it was still very cold with just the blanket), and I felt that they were thinking about their guests. However, I was concerned about the in-room phone ringing at night (when I answered, the staff only spoke Hindi), someone banging on the door (it turned out the staff had entered the wrong room), and loud banging noises from the next room around midnight, which sounded like some kind of construction work was going on. Also, I frequently heard what sounded like an intercom ringing. I put on my earphones to try and ignore it, but I thought that a woman might feel uneasy.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The service was courteous and efficient, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The room was neat and had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable visit.

The food quality was good, with fresh ingredients and decent variety. Everything was served on time and tasted great. The location is also convenient and easy to access.

I would definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again in the future

Property location is very near to the Agra fort railway station just the walking distance of 800 meters but the problem is you have to take long turn from gate 1 of agra fort station due to some construction works and then it will around 2.5 km. The property was good at this price range totally worth, decent neet and clean, supportive staff and there's also roof top area for sitting and having dinner that was very good. overall it was worth to stay no any extra charges.

Decent enough property for a day or two for wholesale shopping and nearby places to visit nearby eateries are the best options for breakfast lunch and dinner
