Loved the property. Great spacious rooms. Decent services . And I like their sustainability incorporating in each room by providing non plastic bottle- instead of tissues they provided multiple used towels. Overall good and relaxed stay. Recommend to all.

My recent stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Agra was a pleasant experience overall, offering comfortable accommodations and a convenient location. However, what truly elevated my stay and left a lasting positive impression was the exceptional service provided by one individual: Anil.
From the moment we arrived, Anil stood out as a genuinely friendly and helpful person. He immediately took initiative in assisting us with our luggage, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel instantly at ease.
But Anil's helpfulness didn't stop there. When it was time for us to depart and catch our bus, he went above and beyond what was expected. He not only helped us with our luggage again but also took the initiative to arrange a reliable driver to drop us off at the bus station. This was incredibly helpful and saved us a significant amount of stress and time navigating unfamiliar transportation options.
What impressed me most about Anil was his genuine desire to assist and his proactive approach to ensuring our needs were met. He wasn't just doing his job; he was genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. His friendly nature and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
While the hotel itself offered comfortable rooms and standard amenities, it was Anil's outstanding service that truly made our experience memorable. The hotel is a luxury. Has been recently overtaken by club Mahindra and that adds up value to the hotel. Room is spacious, has all the amenities one requires at a hotel. Spa is awesome. Serves both veg & non veg food. Located right besides Lucknow - Delhi highway. A comfortable and luxurious stay.

Excellent place to stay a bit far from the main City. Stayed here with family through Club Mahindra booking. Very polite staff and good food at the hotel. The swimming pool 4.0 ft looked good but we didn't have time to try it out. Overall a very pleasant experience.

While Check out we forgot an Electronics gadget, the housekeeping and security immediately handed over to us asking us politely to wait at Car parking. Very pleased with the hospitality.

We went for my daughters birthday, The rooms are big and the views are good. Staff was very helpful since we had kids all the needs were fulfilled. They have play area for the kids too however they need to maintain it better. Food was great, had a pleasant experience. 👍👍

It's a hotel and not a huge resort. The rooms are good and the service is super fast. The food (buffet) was well spread and nice. However the location is bit away from the city. Pool is small but well maintained. There is almost no play area if compared to other club Mahindra resorts. The main attractions such as Taj, Fort are about 6kms away.

The standard of the hotel is not upto 5 star as compared to other 5 star hotel. Basic things are OK, the number of lifts is limit to 2 so there is usually wait there, some system is not good like when u order u have to pay which I feel bad, normally when I order any thing then that thing is settled at checkout. Chips cold drinks are not given while checking the room, I have to order for the same, the location is good, I got good deal then it's OK for me, but if I have to pay regular price then it's not worth it

Had a night stay so all we were looking for was a good place to rest and relax. Ramada was essentially the one we were looking for. Great rooms, clean, comfortable and classy. We had breakfast there and it was good too. Spread was lavish and tasty, filling and satisfying. Can always opt for this one if you enjoy luxury.
