They have two different buildings and our order was in their newest one. It has new interior. The newest room has a bit more compact like kind of giving airport hotel. The aircon was the central AC. Probably this type of AC makes me really prone to sore throat.. and on the day 3 I got signs of flu such as sneezing and runny nose. They have great hospitality They help me with early check in and late check out (as long as the room available) The room is clean, also the bathroom And i don't need to ask for hairdryer because they installed it in the bathroom... I stayed here for 1.5 weeks while I was on a study trip. Things I liked: - location - conference rooms - back from the Main Street so it’s quiet - pool (though often there are lots of kids there as if there are swimming lessons?) - room is basic but has all you need - daily breakfast was good, very convenient and a wide selection. Chill and quiet place in a great location. Many tourists were occupying during my stay but the noise were soundproofed perfectly

The hotel is strategic for enjoying local attractions at Denpasar. Cleanliness is Ok, but you don't get smart TV. Overall is great for this price

The location is outside the tourist main areas, nice swimming pool, not crowded. Grab or rent a scooter. Kuta, Denpasar, Canggu at 20 to 30 minutes away. Breakfast is ok, not super big, but enough choice between western and Indonesian.

Great hotel next to trans studio

The hotel is great near with Trans Studio Mall. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff member was friendly. Only I didn't find shampoo 😒

The place is located next to Trans Studio Mall, if you want to shop or eat, you can go next door. The hotel rooms are clean, and the beds are not sagging, which makes the stay comfortable.

My overall experience on this hotel is excellent. Easy to find, good location. Lobby staffs are friendly and accommodating. Lobby, waiting area, elevator and hallways are all modern. The room door is superb. Clean and soft bed, strong wifi connection, hot and cold shower. The room is big yet very affordable. i highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Centralised location. Room is clean and quiet although hotel is in the city.

Location in the middle of Denpasar, room is quite outdated, nevertheless everything else is working well. Breakfast is just okay. Good for groups or corporate to have events coz they have the space for mice. Service is ok.

Had a great trip today with Aston Denpasar, breakfast was excelent, room was big and clean. And the big surprise was they gave us early check in

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise...

A nice family friendly resort with two pools. One of which is very deep. Good for practice diving. The rooms are big and clean. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the mall.

The front desk were super nice and helpful. Love the pool, it's big enough to host families as well and everyone has their own space. And one side is 4M deep which is very interesting in a hotel.

My second time check in This hotel. But the price slightly increase and I dont get the nice room like before

Location is good, if you plan to go Nusa Penida early morning this hotel is your answer, public area and room is ok specially i love pools, they have 2 pools but like the one depth 4 meters, but service not ok, it was raining when i checked in so one lady she brought 2 umbrellas but she didn’t put it up, almost my room she just ask, communication not good, I booked on 21-23 April but my flight is cancelled...

A great option if you’re looking to spend time in a full-service hotel with an excellent pool and proper hotel amenities. Housekeeping was timely, and the breakfast was served as a buffet. There’s also a restaurant and a bar on-site—everything is convenient, well-organized, and of good quality.

Extremely good call and relaxing. Very safe the food was great and also the musician. The pool is so nice also

It'll do. Old, big. There's a gym and a swimming pool, but it's closed.

We stayed at the Alam Puri Hotel for 3 nights. It is extraordinary and has a lot of art. You can discover a lot when walking through the garden. Unfortunately, the hotel is getting old and there is a lot to do. The service was excellent, our every wish was fulfilled. For the last night we even got an upgrade to Villa Gunarsa. The service team was great and always responded very quickly. Isna did everything...

We loved the place so much that we extended our stay. Nice, quiet, clean and green place. All the staff members are very friendly and supportive. Breakfast is good. Room is quite big as well as the bathroom. Toiletry are also available. No complains. Will come back again!

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. Hotel charges extra for late checkout. Service was very good. The attacked kitchen was poorly equipped and could have been much better. Linens were changed regularly and location was very quiet. The -was excellent. I would stay again.
