They have great hospitality They help me with early check in and late check out (as long as the room available) The room is clean, also the bathroom And i don't need to ask for hairdryer because they installed it in the bathroom... I stayed here for 1.5 weeks while I was on a study trip. Chill and quiet place in a great location. Many tourists were occupying during my stay but the noise were soundproofed perfectly

The hotel is strategic for enjoying local attractions at Denpasar. Cleanliness is Ok, but you don't get smart TV. Overall is great for this price

The location is outside the tourist main areas, nice swimming pool, not crowded. Grab or rent a scooter. Kuta, Denpasar, Canggu at 20 to 30 minutes away. Breakfast is ok, not super big, but enough choice between western and Indonesian.

Great hotel next to trans studio

The hotel is great near with Trans Studio Mall. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff member was friendly. Only I didn't find shampoo 😒

The place is located next to Trans Studio Mall, if you want to shop or eat, you can go next door. The hotel rooms are clean, and the beds are not sagging, which makes the stay comfortable.

My overall experience on this hotel is excellent. Easy to find, good location. Lobby staffs are friendly and accommodating. Lobby, waiting area, elevator and hallways are all modern. The room door is superb. Clean and soft bed, strong wifi connection, hot and cold shower. The room is big yet very affordable. i highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Centralised location. Room is clean and quiet although hotel is in the city.

Location in the middle of Denpasar, room is quite outdated, nevertheless everything else is working well. Breakfast is just okay. Good for groups or corporate to have events coz they have the space for mice. Service is ok.

Had a great trip today with Aston Denpasar, breakfast was excelent, room was big and clean. And the big surprise was they gave us early check in

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise...

A nice family friendly resort with two pools. One of which is very deep. Good for practice diving. The rooms are big and clean. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the mall.

The front desk were super nice and helpful. Love the pool, it's big enough to host families as well and everyone has their own space. And one side is 4M deep which is very interesting in a hotel.

My second time check in This hotel. But the price slightly increase and I dont get the nice room like before

Location is good, if you plan to go Nusa Penida early morning this hotel is your answer, public area and room is ok specially i love pools, they have 2 pools but like the one depth 4 meters, but service not ok, it was raining when i checked in so one lady she brought 2 umbrellas but she didn’t put it up, almost my room she just ask, communication not good, I booked on 21-23 April but my flight is cancelled...

A great option if you’re looking to spend time in a full-service hotel with an excellent pool and proper hotel amenities. Housekeeping was timely, and the breakfast was served as a buffet. There’s also a restaurant and a bar on-site—everything is convenient, well-organized, and of good quality.

I highly recommend it as a layover for those arriving on a late flight and heading to Penida the next day. Even with Bali's notorious traffic, it's a solid 15-minute ride from the hotel to the pier. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Great rooms for a family. A lovely lady across the road does very cheap and excellent laundry. One poor point was the wifi, it wasn't great. Shops and a supermarket were a short walk along a dark but safe road. Will stay again

Located in the heart of Denpasar, it has a decent pool and good food. Cleanliness could be improved.

Amazing experience. Staffs were so friend my and accommodating. Highly recommended! Location was great too. Not to mention the prices were reasonable.

Nice and good enough for my small family. Some part of Villa may need some repainting work. Breakfast selection is limited but good enough. Anyhow, all is good 👍🏻

The villas are indoor/outdoors without a roof over the pool. I wasn’t expecting a pool in the middle of our room, but it was an absolute blessing/luxury in the 30 degree plus temperatures during our stay. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept on, we had free wifi, air con, Netflix, complimentary yummy breakfast and the friendliest staff. The beach, shopping centre etc., was a taxi ride...

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - the pool and villa and the food were amazing! We loved our time there..

These are beautiful villas that need maintenance. Pools need mould removed as do garden pots. Air conditioner leaks water into the slippery tiles. Towels have seen better days. No shuttle service as stated.No fruit basket as stated .No minibar as stated. Unequipped kitchen. In the middle of nowhere. Not near Sanur shopping or restaurants. Breakfast not included and 3 times the price at other restaurants...

Friendly staff and Villa is clean and nice private pool . We would highly recommend this hotel .
