First off, this isn't a homestay; it's a hotel comprised entirely of townhouses. It's quite clean and mainly caters to retired Caucasian guests. I highly recommend it as a layover for those arriving on a late flight and heading to Penida the next day. Even with Bali's notorious traffic, it's a solid 15-minute ride from the hotel to the pier. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, perfect for catching an early boat. The breakfast here is served à la carte at the poolside bar, with dozens of Western and Indonesian options, making a poolside breakfast feel very much like a vacation. The adjacent Bogaard Western restaurant is quite unique; it's a vineyard with local wine, offering excellent value for money. Diagonally opposite, there's a popular evening cafe/pub housed in a wonderfully renovated old building! The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but a 5-minute walk left brings you to the main road with a mall next to a KFC. There's also a local chain fried chicken place next door that's surprisingly delicious, great for a late-night snack if you arrive in the evening. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money!

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Great rooms for a family. A lovely lady across the road does very cheap and excellent laundry. One poor point was the wifi, it wasn't great. Shops and a supermarket were a short walk along a dark but safe road.

This very good and beautiful hotel.
My room is actually a villa which includes 2 bedrooms, a smaill kitchen.
Specially the free esim when booking is very good for me to keep connect to internet.
The price is realy cheap for a hotel with a lot of positive like this.
I will definitely stay again for Bali trip.

Recently opened KFC. Have no idea why but the chicken here is actually tastier and crunchier than the other outlets ?
