Very nice hotel inside. The best option is the room with access to lagoon. Unfortunately hotel beach is really full of garbage. So you can enjoy swimming pool and lagoon.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which is perfect for photos. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the overall environment was pleasant. My only minor complaint is that the in-room trash can didn't have a liner – that was a bit odd. Overall, it's good value for money.

This is a 5-star hotel very close to Kuta Beach, with comprehensive and relatively new facilities. However, the prices for services within the hotel are quite high; doing laundry costs 750k, and the bar's offerings are mediocre but expensive. The staff are enthusiastic, and there's security screening upon entering the hotel, which makes it feel safe.

We were just here 2 weeks ago for 1 day and night and had such a great time that we booked a longer stay this time. Always stay at this hotel for the location. Im feeling its starting to get a bit tired in the rooms. Our shower tiles were very mouldy. A good scrubbing brush and some bleach is really needed. We also checked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I dont think it had been swept in ages. Because it’s located right next to a main road, the location is actually quite convenient. However, the city-view room is very noisy at night. I was really bothered by it. This hotel was basic. The location was very good with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room had no hand towel or face washers provided and no hand soap. There was only one quarter of a roll of toilet tissue. The restaurant bar was not operating and the pool bar was shut the day we stayed. Overall glad we only stayed for one day.

The noise sound came from air-conditioning units is too lound, can't sleep well all night.

The hotel was very nice good value for money. Food was good excellent buffet for breakfast. What made the experience great was the staff. They were happy pleased to see you and very helpful. Well done to them all. A big shout out to Riska and to the security guards who risk their lives in getting you across the duel carriageway.
