Things I liked:
- location
- conference rooms
- back from the Main Street so it’s quiet
- pool (though often there are lots of kids there as if there are swimming lessons?)
- room is basic but has all you need
- daily breakfast was good, very convenient and a wide selection. Though changed minimally throughout the week so you end up eating mostly the same thing
Things I didn’t like:
- my soap was taken every day and replaced with a new one :( I ended up having to hide my soap so it wasn’t replaced - not environmentally friendly :/
- no windows that can be opened so no fresh air
- my air con stopped working multiple times. This would be ok if you could open the window. After the third time, I didn’t bother to tell anyone, I wet a towel, put it in the fridge and then put it on my body so I could sleep in the heat haha 😆
- my friends who were staying in the deluxe rooms said they smelled like a sewer
The newest room has a bit more compact like kind of giving airport hotel.
The aircon was the central AC. Probably this type of AC makes me really prone to sore throat.. and on the day 3 I got signs of flu such as sneezing and runny nose. Probably my immune was also not really great at that time but eventho I already make it to lowest temp (25 is something) its still making my sore throat even worse... i think hotel can check regularly from dust or any particles in that central AC..
They have great hospitality
They help me with early check in and late check out (as long as the room available)
The room is clean, also the bathroom
And i don't need to ask for hairdryer because they installed it in the bathroom...

Took them 30 min to check in and find my reservation followed by endless keyboard entry
2) Gave them laundry at 7 am, was not returned in the evening, I inquired at the front desk at 6:30 pm, they said they would return in evening. Of course nothing in the room by midnight. So I call the next morning the receptionist, they say they will bring to room. 30 min later, nothing! I finally I have to go down to pick it my self !! The laundry is sitting right there in the reception desk !! What a lousy service!!
On top of it, the breakfast is the cheapest, unhealthy crap they can get their hands on. Only one kind of cereal (chocolate pops), no yogurt, etc etc. The stuff you get in a one star hotel, not in a proclaimed 4 star !!!
