Motel Hofim in Bat Yam

I booked a room for my tourist aunt. Apparently they don't have elevators - it's a walk up motel. And the stuff did not help her with the luggage. My aunt left immediately.

i recently stayed in this hotel, it was a birthday present for me. when we arrived all staff were busy on there cell phones and the place was dirty and painted yellow?????? no pool? wouldn't serve me food as they told me i was too large? i went to sleep uncomfortably in there beds and a man crept in in the night and started playing with my toes which i found strange but thoroughly enjoyed so if you visit make sure you book him for foot work absolutely mint guy. overall 1/10 but the man 9/10.

We arrived at the reception and there was an antipathetic clerk. From the start, she was dismissive and condescending. She claimed that Booking had not charged us. She took my partner's credit card and charged it for 280 NIS as stated on Booking. She then said that there were taxes and charges and that it was not possible to charge without a code, so I brought her my credit card. In retrospect, we discovered that she had charged us for the same room twice. I have never encountered such a case at Booking. Without a doubt, the worst place we have ever visited. When we called her claiming that she had charged twice, she said to contact Booking and hung up on us. Disgusting and shocking attitude!!!

I booked a room for me and my husband. It's a shame they didn't tell us that the place was under renovation. In short, the rooms were horrible. Noise all night long. The place is suitable for couples in love, not for a couple who needs to rest for the night before tests. In short, it's really not recommended and it's time to change the pillows. They're horrible and uncomfortable at all. Everything is lumpy.
