Visited with my son for a week in early November.
Very friendly reception team,led by the Manager always happy to help.
The room was v comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The location is excellent, although the labour on the tram works seems to have stopped for a couple of years and causes major traffic problems.
Would definitely recommend the BY 14 and look forward to staying here again.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv – just steps from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants – this hotel is an absolute gem. But what truly sets this hotel apart is Raphael with his entire team, who turn every visit into a joyful and memorable experience.

The day begins with a warm-hearted greeting from Bosum, the concierge, whose kindness sets the tone for the entire day, followed by a generous and varied breakfast buffet with everything from fresh local flavors to international classics – AND their one-of-a-kind Cheesecake (special thanks to the breakfast team for elegantly overlooking me “accidentally” smuggling out two slices every day ;)

The rooms are spotless and elegantly designed, with the housekeeping team, and especially their supervisor Olga, always checking in to see if I needed anything else.
This was my third stay at the hotel, so I can definitely and wholeheartedly recommend it – and it definitely won’t be my last.

The service was excellent.I was transferred to another hotel because they were closing and the manager carried my luggage to the new place.
In addition, they let me stay at the new hotel until midnight.

Excellent management! I thank Rafaele for the room upgrade opportunity. Despite the construction in front, you can sleep in peace and quiet. You should definitely see the rooftop. The gym has a great location, but there is not much variety in weights.
