Stayed in this hotel in Tel aviv clean room with fridge and comfortable double bed. Air- con, Next to shops and bakery, 10 walk to the beach. I went away for 3 days and was back late I arranged with reception to have room ready which was cleaned and keys were left out for me and my luggage was safe as well. I had no issues would recommend. Friendly staff would stay here again. 👌 🇮🇪

The Idelson Hotel is not far from the beach and the stuff is very kind . The rooms are spacios and have air conditioning. This place is ok for city break in Tel Aviv . My experience in the Hotel is good .

Room is okay, it's clean and the bed is nice. The only thing we don't like is that the batteries of the remote are missing and during that time there's no reception already. They should manage to have a receptionist all the time coz they have guests.Thanks

I really enjoyed staying at Selina. I wish it was more than one night. The location is amazing and the staff is great. They were very helpful and friendly and help with anything and everything I needed. I stayed at a private room so I can't comment on the shared rooms. I think the place is better suited for younger crowd but everyone can enjoy the place.

The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping and restaurants, many within walking distance. The check in was great and the shower has awesome. I will come back; it was very comfortable.

A quiet haven in the middle of Tel Aviv. Fantastic location opposite the best ice cream shop in the city and right by the pedestrian walkway which leads to Jaffa, the light rail and the sea. The property has spacious shared lounges with kitchens where you can store food in the fridge and make simple meals. Even when full the hotel had an air of serenity and calmness.

First I must say that I was surprised by the name "Hotel" as for me the organisation of the five rooms seemed more like an Airbnb. Even though the "Oliver Hotel" was quick to answer my questions by mail I never had someone's name nor did I ever see anyone. The staff is friendly, and helpful and wants you to have a great stay. The boutique hotel has an excellent location to the beach, transportation and sights. Although the room is small, it is well appointed with safe and fridge. The upgrade to balcony was much appreciated. Realy a nice hotel. You can swim in a nice pool or go to the beach a cross the street. The rooms have views of the sea . The breakfast is amazing. I will go there again anytime. It did make our vacation even more amazing. Also you can walk alone the beach to Jaffa. Here you can cute restaurents- and behind it many cute stores.

Great location, common area (loby, stairs, etc.) nicely designed. However, the bed was VERY uncomfortable - the mattress was way too firm while the pillows were way too soft! Also, the bathtub was very not updated and inconvenient (I almost fell once).

Broken metal pole outside the room was hitting the window the entire night with the wind. Far from a quiet night.. hotel practically has no reception or staff, it is all in the near by different hotel.

The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)

Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!

Gorgeous hotel, a short walk from the sea, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and night life. Taxis, and buses are steps away from the front door, while the trains are just a few minutes away. Incredible views of Tel Alvi, and the sea from the upper floor rooms.

This is an Air B&B location. Not a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff, no cleaning service. There is a desk with security. Also bed is two twins pushed together with so-so mattresses. And owner is trying to sell units as condos, so hotel-like services may diminish. That said, it was clean, large and in an amazing location. It is a very good deal.

Very good value overall and good service. We had a large suite with two rooms and a kitchenette. The sofa folded down nicely into a very comfortable bed as well. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at the Ultra Hotel. We were met and seen off by a friendly and attentive guy, Barak, at the reception. He responded to all requests and questions. Despite our difficulties with email, he helped us print out the documents we needed. And Bogdan and Alisa make a wonderful omelet and coffee in the restaurant.

The accommodation has wooden floors and is decorated in cream and brown tones. It's near a convenience store and has key card access to the building, making it secure. The true essence of a boutique hotel. It is located in beautifully renovated 1900's house. Everything is decorated tastefully to the smallest detail. The restaurant is exceptional. The location is in a mixed residential and business area, not very practical for the average visitor. As of 2025, the nearby streets are undergoing massive infrastructure works - that's less attractive.
