There was a cockroach on the white bedsheets upon arrival. I asked for another room and received one viewing a construction site. It was a gloomy stay to celebrate one's birthday.

The location is great,near all the big hotels chain of 4-5 stars.The beach is 150 m and supermarkets at 200-400 m. In the balcony we stayed and have sun,after 2pm In the reception you can have nonstop Nespresso cafe,cold water with lemon or orange,sparkling wine and a great place to stay and talk about TelAviv.The outdoor terace is perfect for smokers. In the room you will find 2 bottles of cocktail and a box of chocolate wich was delicious. Every day we had cleaning services The big value of this hotel are the two girls from reception,Sabina and Masha who where very kind,friendly and help us a lot with planing the day tours and city points of interest,prices,apps for taxi,allmost evrything. I love you both!!!

Great place in every, spectacular breakfast, great room and reasonably priced . Overlooking the Mediterranean. Location is right near central Tel Aviv. Only drawback is real keys for door, lose it like I did and replacement not a simple piece of plastic😁

This hotel is in a great location, the staff were professional and friendly, the room was quite. Let me start with the small negatives that led to me giving this 4/5 instead of 5/5. The wallpaper in my room was starting to peel up. The bathroom, while stylish is annoying. They went with a modern looking "wet room" type of thing. But the shower drain doesn't do a good job so there's water everywhere. They semi-fixed this with a special seam, but the reality is it's a lot of wet marvel floors which seems unsafe, and I got soggy socks by accident. And why is the sink so small? Not even enough room to lay my toothbrush. Ok, the positives: when I arrived, I was having a rough morning and the staff were so fabulous and offered me a drink while we checked in and it totally turned my day around. The check in desk is an actual desk with chairs, which I appreciated after a long morning. The lobby itself is beautiful, modern and vintage glam at the same time. The desk person helped me with my luggage to the room, and I didn't even have to ask. When I got to the room it was nice and cool. The tv was playing jazz and I was greeted with my name on the screen too. My bed was so comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were great too. The shower may have been weird, but those may be my favorite hotel towels I've used. All in all, this was a charming boutique experience in a big city. Despite those little quirks, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is friendly, and helpful and wants you to have a great stay. The boutique hotel has an excellent location to the beach, transportation and sights. Although the room is small, it is well appointed with safe and fridge. The upgrade to balcony was much appreciated. They were very kind to let me use massage room shower after a hot day and before a long plane ride. They can also store luggage

We stayed in Golden House TLV from 19 June 2023 to 26 June 2023. On 25 June 2023, between 6am and 9am, we were robbed while sleeping in our room (overall value of the stolen items of approx. €5,000). The circumstances of this burglary and the attitude of the hotel staff were extremely suspicious and indecent. It was clear that the hotel staff were in concert with the thieves. We have vainly tried to speak with the manager for two days, but the staff changed every couple of hours and everyone pretended that they have just arrived and knew nothing. All they were trying to do is to offer us a bottle of cheap alcohol hoping that we forget about everything. Moreover, the hotel refused to show us the videos from the CCTV cameras. The hotel clearly does not insure any security, so that anyone can easily get in and rob the guests. If one of us woke up during the burglary, this criminal could have injured, killed or raped us (we were sleeping almost naked, without blanket, because it was hot in our chamber). After months of unfruitful communications with the hotel and with *********** (often without any answer), they only offered us a one free night in the same hotel as a compensation. The hotel promised us to consider other offers but doesn’t answer our emails since 28.07.2023. We are extremely outraged and humiliated. To summarise: + nice location + balcony -noise from the road -tiny uncomfortable, badly equipped bathroom -lack of cleanliness -no security system (not safe to stay at this hotel !) -negligent attitude towards the guests

Cute little butique hotel, lovely staff. The staff was friendly and acommidating. They had good recommendations about the stay. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The bed was amazing and had a real duvet with goose feathers. Would definetly recommend to a friend!

Extremely friendly hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast excellent. Free cocktails in the room was a great touch. Would recommend in a heartbeat - far more personal than the larger chain hotels. Gil at reception was amazing. I couldn't fault his service and attention to detail.
