The bed was horrible, it falls to both sides. It is very small for a couple. The place is dated and very dated

It's an older high rise that has not been updated for many years. The room is very basic -- not unclean, but certainly not "refreshed." That said, the location is lovely -- overlooking the Netanya beach. 20 minute walk to the South Netanya Ashkenazi Congregation. Grocery store conveniently located on the ground level of the complex.

Avoid. Avoid. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it is in a great location, they take 200 shekel deposit. They will find all the reasons to steal the deposit from you. I had the same problem 3 years ago, but this time, I didn't want to leave the room until they returned the deposit. Also, the person that I had the room from was the most rude and abnocious person I had ever met.
