This hotel represents weekend tourism at its worst.
The rooms are small, outdated, and the air conditioning is extremely noisy. The hallways and common areas are still covered with old, worn carpeting, giving the entire hotel a tired appearance.
The breakfast, at 140 NIS per person, is simply not worth the price. During breakfast, we even had a cockroach incident. Rather than assisting a guest who was understandably distressed, the head of security, Mr. Guy, chose to continue talking on his phone. On top of that, the breakfast selection and coffee were as basic as they could be.
Overall, this hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation and a significant improvement in its standards. The price is completely out of proportion to the quality of the rooms, facilities, and service.
As for the weekend clientele, many guests displayed a complete lack of basic courtesy and consideration for others, which further diminished the overall experience.

We stayed on the 14th floor. Amazing view on the port and bay. The supposedly renovated rooms are smelly, outdated, relatively small. On Saturday, half the elevators are available and it took extremely long to get up/down. Food was fine. Facilities like pool or fitness center only open at 9:00. No option for a cool early morning swim. Pool has zero shading. Irrelevant for those sensitive to the sun.

We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom.
The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful.
In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others.
The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a surprise, but having to climb into the bed was not that convenient.

Every thing was amazing but no shaver point in the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. Bed quite comfortable. Service was excellent . No usb point in bedroom. I would recommend this hotel. View was awesome

Dated facility but adequate… Just wish there were a Nespresso and a stainless steel kettle (´･ω･`) and better amenities, which is quite common among four-star hotels.
Breakfast buffet is awesome (love the veggies and fish! and the sugarless cheesecake XD). Alberto is super nice.
